After a long and emotional journey with several attempts, I finally achieved my dream of becoming pregnant, thanks to Dr. Daniel Kort and his incredible team at Neway. From the very beginning, I felt supported, cared for, and truly understood. Dr. Kort guided me with patience, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Every step of the way, he gave me confidence and hope, even when things felt difficult. The nurses and the entire staff were always kind, attentive, and made me feel I wasn’t alone in this journey. Now, with a healthy pregnancy, I look back and feel nothing but gratitude. My story is proof that even after challenges and setbacks, there is hope — and with the right team by your side, dreams really can come true. I highly recommend Dr. Kort and Neway to anyone going through fertility struggles. They will not only give you medical expertise, but also the emotional support you need to keep going. After struggling with secondary infertility, enduring multiple loses, and seeing numerous specialists, I found Neway Fertility and it changed my life. From my very first visit with Dr. Kort, I was not alone on my journey. He has incredible bedside manner, he is carrying, responsive, and alters each medical decision based on your specific needs. I saw Dr. Kort at every single one of my appointments, his team of nurses was there for me at the most difficult parts of my journey and wait time in the office was nonexistent. Transferring my embryos, completing any procedures, and ultimately receiving discharge paperwork, was a complete breeze. If I could, I would give Neway Fertility 10 stars because ‘graduating’ and leaving them was a very emotional moment. You feel cared for from the moment you walk through their automatic glass doors that is almost impossible to find in a large city like NYC.

Just wanted to post an update after additional interaction with the staff at Neway. Every member of Dr. Kort's team is kind and caring. His nurses Lindsay and Arianna have been prompt and helpful with their email correspondence to help coordinate visits and monitoring from Austin TX. And now that I've met them both in person, I really can't speak highly enough of these folks. Dr. Kort must have his schedule triple packed with appointments, and yet he is always so kind and positive. Great team!

I have premature ovarian insufficiency, with an undetectable AMH at 32-years-old. Being at the bottom 1-2% of the bell curve in terms of fertility has been one of the most unexpected and emotionally draining experiences of my life insofar, but Dr. Kort and his team at Neway have provided nothing short of security, empathy, individualized care, expertise, and most importantly, hope. I had a previously failed cycle at RMA in NYC and learned only now how mismanaged it was. I really wish I had started my journey at Neway, but regardless I am so glad I found them. Dr. Kort was at every single one of my AM monitoring appointments, which is unheard of in this populated city. He followed my ever-changing results throughout my cycle so closely, consistently making informed, thoughtful, and again, individualized recommendations, that ultimately led me being able to retrieve and store some mature eggs! There was concern at the end I may ovulate early, but he exercised and applied updated research in a very timely manner to ensure that did NOT happen, unlike at RMA. His nursing staff and coordinators share the same expertise, knowledge, and empathy as does he. I had some concern about weight gain & bloating post my retrieval procedure, called the after hours line, and immediately received expert guidance and comfort from his nurse Arianna. As a (veterinarian) practitioner myself, I like to think I provide my patients with thoughtful, updated recommendations tailored to each of their unique needs, and I am so grateful I have found a fertility team that has provided me with the same. My journey is far from over, and nothing is guaranteed, but I am relieved to say (especially after an awful experience with RMA) that I know I am doing everything I can in the best hands with Neway. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

My honest experience with Neway Fertility — please read if you’re considering this clinic My journey at Neway Fertility was, without a doubt, the worst medical experience of my life. I first underwent IUI, followed by IVF. I did become pregnant, but unfortunately suffered a loss. After that, Dr. Jeffrey Wang recommended a biopsy to test for endometriosis. I paid $2,500 for this test — it came back negative, yet he insisted it was a false negative, which made absolutely no sense. If a negative result was not to be trusted, why did I even go through the test in the first place? Based on his claim, he recommended a more invasive and expensive procedure, which I did not feel comfortable doing without further clarity. I decided to get a second opinion at Columbia Fertility, where I was told the biopsy he performed was outdated and no longer in use. They performed a more accurate test and confirmed: I do not have endometriosis. This entire experience left me feeling misled and emotionally drained. The protocols at Neway felt outdated, and I constantly felt that I was being pushed toward unnecessary procedures. To make matters worse, now more than one years later, I received a $1,000 bill for embryo storage — even though I paid all my fees and have nothing in storage. Fertility treatment is already an emotionally difficult journey. The least one deserves is to be treated with professionalism, care, and evidence-based medical guidance. Sadly, that was not my experience here. If you’re starting this journey, please be cautious. I truly hope others can avoid going through what I did.

I had such a great experience today thanks to Desiree and Dr. Kort! Desiree was the only one who drew my blood without hurting me she was so gentle and precise, I barely felt a thing. On top of that, she took the time to answer all my questions and really put me at ease. She was kind, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Dr. Kort is truly the best he always explains everything thoroughly and makes sure I understand my treatment plan. It’s clear that both of them truly care about their patients, and I’m so grateful for their expertise and compassion!

I just completed my transfer at Neway and while I'm currently in the two-week wait, I wanted to take a moment to highly recommend Dr. Wang and the entire team at Neway. From the very beginning, this process, though long, was never stressful thanks to the kindness and support of everyone, from the front desk, the nurses and the doctors. Dr. Wang is truly amazing. He is the most compassionate, patient, and understanding doctor I have ever encountered. He takes the time to explain everything, making sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Compared to my consult at NYU, the experience at Neway was completely different. I felt at ease, never rushed, and always cared for. One of the best things about this clinic is how efficient they are, there is no waiting during appointments, and you get seen very quickly, which makes the whole process even smoother. We travel from Central Jersey for our appointments, and despite the distance, we would choose Neway again in a heartbeat. We started this journey in September and while waiting can be tough, Dr. Wang and the staff made it as smooth and stress-free as possible. Dr. Lee also made the experience even better by sending the embryo report the day after retrieval, which was so reassuring. Before the transfer, he personally took the time to explain everything about the embryo, which made us feel even more confident and informed. If you are looking for a fertility clinic where you will feel supported and genuinely cared for, I highly recommend Dr. Wang, Dr. Lee, and the entire team at Neway.

We can't say enough good things about Dr Kort and the whole team at Neway. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, personable and empathetic. After having difficult experiences at 2 other clinics over the course of 2 years, Neway was a breath of fresh air. We had an egg retrieval and embryo transfer and are lucky enough to have gotten pregnant! We would highly recommend them.
