So disappointed. Went to see my family . He was hungry and thirsty no nurse to feed him or turn him they lock him away in the room . When ask they say every two hour he have to turn and I spend three hour. And no one turn him they get him there on his back all the time . You could see he want to turn but he can’t do it by him self . He had no cloth on they just throw the gown on him. I know it’s coved but nurses you all can do better and this was in 8North

The security guard Stephen White yelled at me for taking extra mask. Almost seem that he wanted to punch me. Treated me very demeaningly.

I am so grateful for everything the nurses and doctors have done for my daughter. I’ve never seen so much attention given to my daughter in a hospital and noticed that it wasn’t just me but the other patients.My daughter had to be admitted to the hospital, and when we got a room, I felt like I was in a resort, and I say that because all the essential things needed were there, and the nurses ensured I got EVERYTHING we needed. They would consistently ask if we were okay, and I even got a quick tour to know what they had available. The best part was two nurses that were sent over because there was a shortage that shift didn't know how to answer specific questions, but they went to make an effort and get me answers. Recommend hospital for kids.Also, one of the nurses noticed the bed was extremely high even after bringing it as low as it can go and was excessively concerned that my daughter could Fall. I wanted to tell her not to worry because my daughter knows how to climb down high beds without issues, but I stood quiet, and I allowed her to address that concern because it came out of her heart and willingness to find something more suitable for my daughter.

I went today to the emergency room because I have jaw pain, all the team was great , very good service especially great doctor his name Andrew Jacobwitz I want to say thank you so much for everything you did it to me , dr Andrew very smart doctor he explained everything to me and he give me a lot of advise to take care my health I felt I’m with family thank you so much doctor Andrew 💐🙏, I want say thank you also for great Dentaist doctor Amanda Carew , thanks a lot doctor Amanda you did great job , you have magic hand serious, I don’t have good word to said to you doctor Amanda, I went to many hospital even oral surgeon in New York Presbyterian in queens no body help me , doctor Amanda Carew is the best oral surgeon doctor I saw in new york ,I wish you the best of luck🙏🙏💐💐🥀 I appreciate you help doctor Carew ,I want say thank you so much for the nice nurse Clara gallon,rn I want to say thanks for the pain medicine you give it to me and thank you for kind treatment and you are very helpful , and I want to say thanks for all of you guys , New York Presbyterian 68th in Manhattan is the best hospital in New York

Very horrible hospital. The doctors are good but some of the nurses are so lazy and always complaining. The nurses aid are even worse. I had to sneak and pay an nurse aid 100$ on her 12hr shift to help me out once and a while and I'm a QUADRIPLEGIC!IN 2021 JAN THE E.R. LEFT ME IN FECES AND PISS WHILE I'M WAITING FOR A BED. TYE ORDEAL DAMAGED MT BUTT COMPLETELY;(

First and last time here. My husband was brought in with back pain and a laceration on his head due to a fall, waited for over 7hrs and nothing was given nor his head was taken care of. Orders get put in and its hrs till they acknowledgethem. Absolutely TERRIBLE
