Nidhi Agrawal, Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Agrawal is an amazing doctor. She was so kind throughout the appointment and took the time to ask me many questions and review my previous lab results. She definitely cares about helping figure out what the issue is. First time I have felt heard from my doctor. So glad to have found her.

Dr. Nidhi Agarwal no longer practices here. I've only seen her once and I would say her recommendations were aggressive, though she was not pushy. I'm told she has moved out of the country. Office staff was polite but B-U-S-Y!

Dr Agrawal checks of all the boxes: 1) Incredibly knowledgeable of all the conditions she treats and state of all the cutting edge and new treatments 2) Excellent communicator and provides explanations that help you understand the treatments that she is recommending 3) Collaborative 4) Patient. Will not rush you 5) Will communicate with other doctors to make sure that you are getting the best possible treatment 6) And so much more.... Prior to seeing Dr Agrawal, I wasn't sure who was in charge overall of my healthcare. So that task fell to me.... which is frightening. Dr Agrawal has left no doubt that she is in charge.....and I am grateful beyond words.

How do I find her?

I don't recommend seeing Dr. Agarwal for perimenopause. I went to see her for my perimenopause symptoms and she denied that any of my very real, medical symptoms were related to perimenopause and suggested that I was just "insecure." She dismissed me with an antidepressant and gave me a restrictive diet plan for someone with Hashimoto's disease (which I don't have). She even told me that I shouldn't need to take iron pills (which I take for anemia, I'm vegetarian) since she and her parents are also vegetarian and they don't take iron. As a medical professional, she should know that all bodies are different. Diabetes seems to be her expertise, so perhaps she should only treat diabetic patients.

Excellent endocrinologist. Patient and thorough. Takes the time to explain everything. Wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend!

Dr Agarwal is great in less than 4 months she helped me get my A1C down tremendously, have referred me to the other treatments available in the network got me off insulin and fought the insurance company for me to get the proper equipment I needed to monitor my condition correctly. I am very disappointed that she will no longer be working at Torrance Memorial because a great Dr like her is a rare find. Wish you the best Dr.

I've been seeing Dr. Agrawal for the past years. She is very patient, and always spend adequate time going through my health/ questions, then explains well. She is also good at being in touch with other doctors I see. I'm very comfortable seeing her :) I highly recommend.

Dr Nidhi Aggarwal is extremely thorough and explained everything in a meaningful way. I'm excited about the approach she is taking and her willingness to listen and help me through what I deem as a difficult time with Diabetes. She walked the whole process for treatment, collaborated with my insurance for approval and has a great staff who are courteous, polite and knowledgeable. She is technically savvy and is very knowledgeable. I am so lucky to be care of such a specialist physician.

Very kind and professional I've been seeing her for over a year. She listens and spends time to explain until I understand. Due to my health condition, she had to be in touch with other doctors and she is very professional and prompt. I'm very happy with Dr. Agrawal.
