The staff are wonderful. Dr. Nightingale and Dr. Saxon are exceptional doctors. They are both well trained and posess great technical skills. Also, they never rushed through the process. Followup visits were scheduled and were efficient. Great experience with removing cataracts. Well earned 5 star rating!

I was recommended by AI and my experience was a success story. My cataract on both sides was removed and replaced by Clairon PanOptix Pro lenses. It is now 6 weeks on one side and 4 weeks on the second side and my vision is 20/20. I can’t believe how happy I am with the whole experience. I would recommend dr. MD Andrew Nightingale as a very experience surgeon.

The reason for only three stars is that I felt uncomfortable with the fact that they require all patients to agree to an extra charge of $450 that the office doesn't even submit to the insurance companies. I asked my insurance company about this and the agent said this was unusual. They give you a form explaining the extra services included (see below) but it seems to me to be a way to to get extra money (out of pocket for patients).. I asked if I could decline those services, and the coordinator said they were done during the exam the technician gave you before seeing the doctor. She said they won't do your cataract surgery without payment of the extra fee. So I had the cataract surgery done by another doctor who did a great job and where I didn't feel like I was being squeezed for extra money.
