List of Norland Ng's Reviews
Long wait time. My uncle visited there twice. 4 hours of waiting for the first time and 5 hours of waiting this time.
Dr. Norland Ng is an excellent physician. He always does a great job of explaining his diagnosis and encouraging me to stay optimistic and that I can keep good control of my health. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new primary care physician. Thank you Dr. Ng!
I have been utterly impressed by Dr Norland Ng and his team of staff during my transition here. As someone who does extensive research before committing to a decision, particularly for a physician, my expectations have been met and exceeded. His forthcoming nature about the realistic expectations about my condition has been reassuring to say the least. Not to mention his bedside manner has been more personable than any doctor I have met. I would recommend Dr Norland Ng.

Very knowledgeable of his specialty which is cancer and blood diseases. Once we had some major emergency and he was able to help us to overcome the crises. We are very grateful .
Dr Ng has been taking care of me for the past ten years. He is professional, kind and efficient in taking care of me. I appreciate his help in getting my blood disease getting cured and hence I had referred my family and friends to see him. And they all like him and respect him very much. An ethical and proficient doctor.
Wonderful doctor, but routinely double/triple booked. Waited over 2 hrs past appointment time at both visits. However, Dr Ng is very kind, courteous, professional, and I would recommend him to anyone.
Very nice and smart doctor. He's very friendly. One of the doctor I work with recommended me to see him due to my medical condition and he did not waste any time to get to the point of my condition.
cancer is a serious disease. one needs to be careful who they select for treatment and this doctor, unfortunately is not for everyone: 1) Too general and inexperienced: Serious diseases requires serious specialists in the area of disease. Cancer is too complicated for a generalized approach. Putting your life in the hands of a general specialist is too scary. Unfortunately, many of the Chinese patients in this office simply "dont know better". 2) Queue: Notice the long lines in the waiting area. Many patients simply "walk in" without appointments. They are there to see the common cold when another is in urgent need of care. Waiting time can be upwards of 1 hour +. With the amount of volume, the attention to your treatment may be compromised. 3) Rude nurses: Opposite of what you may expect from a nurse. Many times, not caring at all. 4) Even Ruder Office Admins: Complain about your wait, they'll send you straight back to your seat with an attitude 5) Short consultations: After ~5 minutes, nurse will enter the office to rush you out. Pay attention to this. The nurse will stand there, during your discussion with the doctor, not to assist, but to signal when you need to be done.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
