Dr. Singer and his entire team are amazing. This is the only clinic we had success with after dealing with infertility and failed cycles at other clinics. All of the nurses - Abby, Sunshine, Mimi are all incredibly warm and give you a truly personal experience. I never felt like an inconvenience or just another patient… their experience, knowledge and care is the best of the best and I can’t recommend them enough.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Aluko and had a positive experience. The staff members were also very kind and helpful. They made me feel welcomed when I arrived and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt comfortable during my appointment and would definitely recommend to others!

The nursing team at the practice really needs to work on their bedside manner !! Specifically the nurse - Ali or Alexandra Ayoub. She is rude, condescending and will make you feel like any question is an inconvenience to her. We froze our embryos with this facility a year ago and were so happy .. but when we returned this year for further treatment the experience was completely disappointing!! I did not get to meet Dr Singer even once through the entire process. He is a good doctor but his staff is terrible. I was treated like a cog in the wheel and just a number. And to think I recommended this place to friends before. I got multiple emails from the nursing staff with contradicting information leaving me confused and stressed out. They never remember your medical history, won’t bother looking at your chart and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone. Appointments will be cancelled last minute and Ali will call and rudely tell you that Dr is not available anymore - no apologies ! I felt like I was a charity case who they didn’t want to deal with. Women and men who are going through this kind of treatment are already so stressed out - to treat a such a patient like an inconvenience on top of that is just it done ! We moved our embryos and treatment to NYC IVF and couldn’t be happier !! Do not recommend this practice to anyone !!

Amazing staff! They handle with care!

A close friend of mine was a patient here a few months back and had a horrible experience. The front desk staff and medical assistants were extremely rude and unprofessional. Patients walk in already feeling vulnerable, but instead of showing care, they seemed to use that against them. There was zero sense of privacy. Staff were openly gossiping about patients, which is not only unkind but also makes you question if HIPAA is even followed here. There was no proper follow up and no follow through on care. One woman at the front desk had a horrible attitude, and medical assistants acted in ways that felt abusive, including using needles in a rough and inappropriate way while chatting with others. It was an abuse of trust and made her feel unsafe. Overall, this place left my friend feeling disrespected, mistreated, and abused. No one should have to go through that in a medical setting.

We had a great experience with Dr. Singer, Alli and the team. Everyone knew their stuff and were incredibly kind and supportive! Thanks to the team I now have a wonderful baby 🥰

Dr. Singer and his entire team are truly extraordinary. From the moment we met them, we felt deeply cared for - not just as patients, but as people. The medical care has been outstanding (and gave us our first ever pregnancy!), but what has stood out most is the compassion, empathy, and genuine partnership we’ve felt every step of the way. Dr. Singer, Ali, Sunshine, Mimi, Sari and everyone else on the team took time to answer every question, lay out plans clearly yet flexibly, communicate openly, and make us feel like we were truly in it together. Even in moments of disappointment or delay (that were not their fault!), the team met us with so much kindness and understanding. We’ve felt seen, supported, and held throughout this entire journey. Despite the millions of needles and blood draws and scans and early mornings and uncertainty, we genuinely looked forward to coming in for every appointment and even felt like 'graduating' to our OB was bittersweet - that’s how good the experience has been. On a practical note, wait times were never long, there was always communication, you could call 24/7 and get a doctor to guide you if questions came up, billing has been super clear, they worked with insurance seamlessly and scheduling was very easy. If you're considering going to Northwell for fertility - I truly cannot say enough good things about them. We are so incredibly grateful to have found this team, and can’t imagine going through IVF with anyone else. Thank you for everything! You’ll be seeing us again for baby #2!
