In this office you will be greeted with stone faces, grins with a negative attitude as if you had come to their home. That's all you need to know about this office. I think those who work at the reception do not like their jobs and management Northwell needs to look for a replacement for them!

This is a negligent and uncaring group. They don't answer their phones, which go to voicemail and are NEVER returned. Calls to a specific doctor likewise are never returned. They pawn you off on young Fellows who are rotating and not permanent. I strongly encourage patients to avoid this practice.

While I like my doctor very much, the office staff is completely incompetent and unhelpful. I needed to have blood work done prior to my appointment, however, because my appointment was made months in advance, they said they would send me the orders for the blood work closer to the appointment date. As the date approached I still didn’t have the orders. Repeated phone calls went unreturned. Even showing up at the offices didn’t work. They said they would email me the orders. But nothing arrived. If you want a practice who treats you like a human being with curtesy and respect- do NOT use Northwell Health Physician Partners Endocrinology. Update: After leaving three unreturned messages over as many days, it took showing up in person to get the orders for the bloodwork necessary for my next appointment. My doctor is leaving this practice and so will I be after this next appointment. In a city with as many doctors as New York, I have to believe I can find one who can run a competent practice. 2nd Update: after all of that ridiculous and unnecessary nonsense to get the bloodwork done before my scheduled appointment on June 30. It turns out these incompetents booked an appointment for me with my doctor who doesn’t work on Fridays!! I wish there was a score less than 0.

Absolutely horrible service. Trying to get in contact with these “professionals” is like finding a needle in a haystack. My elderly mother has been calling multiple times a day to schedule an appointment and no one returns her calls. I don’t understand how this business is still running. Looks like someone needs to be reported to the BBB.

Been a patient here for a short time. It been impossible to get a response by phone with anyone from this office. I was supposed to have an appointment to evaluate my diabetes and the appointment mysteriously was not on the schedule. When I attempted to get a response by voice message no one contacted me for over three week. When I finally got in contact with someone at this office the call was dropped 3 to 4 time no one called back. When I ask to reschedule my appointment I was given a date two months from the call. My doctor is awesome except that I can never get in contact with her. Really a frustrating situation to say the least. Also getting a response for prescription is almost impossible as well. Over all you might want to avoid this place. I will have to find another endocrinologist to help me navigate my health concerns. Good luck to you if you have to go to this office for services.

Somehow they like cancelling my appointments. This is 3rd time they cancelled by them. This time I have already confirmed my appointment with a text message two days before. However, they called me less than 20 hours before my appointment and left me a voice message and said "You have an appointment tomorrow but the doctor won't be at the office tomorrow so please reschedule your appointment." They could've said sorry or something but there's nothing or no reason they cancelled.

This has been the BEST experience with a Endocrinologist that I have ever had. The staff is very helpful, Dr Cusano is also very professional. I just couldn't believe it when I left from my appointment. They are the Best in my Eyes!! Thank you!
