I had such a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Bard took the time to explain to me in detail my issue with a plan on how to resolve it including a follow up plan. Great Service-Great Doctor!

Great experience from start to finish! Convenient location and lovely offices. I was greeted with a friendly smile and seen right on time. The medical assistants were thorough and friendly. I have had 2 different procedures over the past year - both with amazing results!!!Dr Samantha Busgith explained the Skinvive and PRP facial procedures, short term after-effects and proper care in great detail. I feel like my questions were taken seriously and explained fully. My expectations and concerns were extremely well-managed. Wow - I really love the results and have gotten soooooo many compliments. It really feels great to look great! Thanks so much! I can not recommend this doctor and office enough! They are amazing.

Today I was receiving treatment for HS, which included a procedure to drain an abscess. During the appointment, the doctor was preparing to make an incision using a scalpel—without clearly explaining that this was part of the process or obtaining my informed consent. As soon as I realized what was happening, I expressed that I was extremely uncomfortable and did not want to continue. Despite my clear statements and discomfort, the doctor insisted on continuing and continued to hold the scalpel uncomfortably near my body. I repeated multiple times that I did not consent and did not want to proceed. Only after several pleas did the doctor finally put the scalpel down. This was the most uncomfortable I’ve felt in a medical setting. Patients should be fully informed and feel respected when making decisions about their own care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at NSS Dermatology.

I had an extremely positive experience at NSS Dermatology, the vibe I felt was much better than other experiences I have had at dermatology offices. The front desk staff remembered my name after confirming the appointment with me and Dr. Groysman was phenomenal. The office itself was nice and billing was seamless for me and they had verified my insurance ahead of time. I would recommend this office for anyone who needs a dermatologist in midtown.

I have been a patient with this practice for several years. They always take me on time and the staff is courteous. Recently Dr. Groysman was able to diagnose a complicated problem and it resolved within days. Whenever I need to get in to see them, they find time for me without delay. I highly recommend NSS Dermatology.

Dr. Susan Bard is an exceptional physician — professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. During my very first visit, she quickly identified the issue, provided the correct treatment, and helped me feel significantly better. The office environment is clean and professional, and the wait time was minimal. I truly appreciated the efficient care and expertise. Highly recommended!

My husband and I, we have been patients of NSS dermatologist for many years, this is not how you should treat patients, I am a psychotherapist myself, billing department has been nothing but rude to me. My husband will also be leaving not returning as a patient. I will also be leaving you a bad review on google/yelp to warn other patients about unethical billing practices. They don't treat their receptionist well, high turnover, and you can hear the biller yelling at them to collect copays, its messy and unorganized. One time I heard the doctor talk about her dating to the sales team really loudly in the waiting room. Secondly, they harassed me to threathened me to put me in debt collections over billing because my referral letter expired and office never notified me until they billed for services a year later. I contacted and filed an appeal, and insurance said I am not liable, I sent it to their billing them and they ignored my email in February, and kept sending me the same bill, I spent hours with my insurance, today billing filed an appeal, and I had insurance talk to them, and even my insurance associate, said wow they are so rude, please do not go there anymore. You will not be treated like a person, but just a $$$$, and please please do not support this business.

I recently visited and it was not a good experience at all. I waited for over 15 minutes in the waiting area and another 15 if not longer, before the MD actually saw me. When she finally went in, she did nothing at all just spoke in a very robotic manner, as though she was just repeating herself in providing the same information, like a script... she might as well have recorded what she said and just press play. I then sent an email; with concerns and I did not receive a response back. I had to reach out only to hear that no one would get back to me for another 5 days. When I did receive the call, surprise surprise no advice, in order to get more assistance I would need to set up another appointment in which by the way I have to pay another 75.00 CO-PAY. This place is awful and I would not only NOT GO BACK, I would not recommend anyone to go there at all, or perhaps since I am a LATINA I am treated the way I was. It is sad that there are places that still have not evolved. VERY SAD
