Every Tuesday morning, I walk into this office, and Fern greets me with a warm smile and calls me by my name. She knows everyone's name! The doctors took the time to listen to my symptoms, ran thorough tests, and swiftly diagnosed my allergies. We determined that immunotherapy (shots) would be worthwhile. The nurses are all very kind, and the practice runs on schedule, which is super important to me since I am there every week. When I leave, Fern, again addressing me by name, wishes me a good week. Love this practice and would recommend it to anyone in need of care.

I’ve been coming to NY Allergy & Sinus Centers since early April and I don’t regret it! The 19th street location, has been my go to and they’re always professional and timely. From the front desk staff (Fern is a superstar), to the nurses that administer my allergy shots, they’re always pleasant. Looking forward to finishing out my immunotherapy here!

This is a good practice with caring people for the most part. Fern who man’s the front desk is stellar at what she does and is always pleasant and concerned. Some of the other people who man the desk when she is out sick are not. One day I had to wait almost five minutes in the rain for someone to let me in only to be told my appointment had to be rescheduled because the doctor had to leave early. I was told “somebody should have called you.” I received the call ten minutes after I left which was 20 minutes after my appointment time.

They’re quick and considerate and the office is clean. The receptionist is one of the kindest and most accommodating people I encounter every week and it makes getting shots very easy
