We have had a wonderful experience with an exceptional team at this practice. Dr. Caryn Siegel is a pediatric dentist who exemplifies both intelligence and compassion. She also serves as a remarkable mentor in many aspects of life. Dr. Keith Goldman, a pediatric orthodontist, brings fun and cleverness to what can often feel like a long orthodontic journey. He has a unique ability to make the experience enjoyable while providing practical and logical advice along the way. We are truly grateful to have known both doctors!

On Monday, April 8th, the solar eclipse, our 9 year old daughter Chloe Rose got expanders at NY Kids Dentistry and Orthodontics on the UWS. Leading up to the appointment, she was excited and a bit nervous. Upon our arrival, Jen, the head administrator greeted us with her usual infectious enthusiasm — Great start. As Chloe Rose was waiting for the doctor, she had many questions ready for her. Dr. Duvalsaint and her assistant Vanessa answered Chloe Rose’s questions about how her expanders would feel, with patience, kindness, care and encouragement. Getting them in on the first and second try was a bit tricky, but with Dr. Duvalsaint’s gentle adjustments and belief in Chloe Rose, the third time was a charm! The expanders clicked in and Chloe Rose immediately felt comfortable! She was even able to say Mississippi with great clarity! Dr. Duvalsaint, Vanessa, Jen, and the entire team at NY Kids Dentistry and Orthodontics on the UWS are exemplary examples of excellence combined with kindness in their field. On our way home, our Chloe Rose wearing her expanders, was smiling the whole way. Nothing can eclipse that!
