The entire staff is friendly and helpful. .
The atmosphere of this establishment is just great! From the friendly staff at the front desk to the staff assisting you with your physical therapy and the therapist themselves you could not ask for better. I highly recommend it!
Great Physical Therapist and amazing staff! Love this place!
Excellent staff. Makes you feel welcomed. Really friendly
Jose has become my favorite PT in NYC. I’ve only had bad experiences with PT in the city including Spear and others. But ever since I’ve received care from Jose for my back and neck pain, I’ve noticed a significant difference in my pain. Jose is knowledgeable, kind, and such a good listener. He listens to all my issues with pain every single visit and suggests exercises to help alleviate the pain. And of course I’m not surprised that the exercises he has prescribed are actually helping. I would give 5+ stars if I could because this is the first time I’m noticing a difference from PT in nyc and I don’t kid when I say, I have been very disappointed in the past.
Went there twice. Front desk the lady so unkind talk to costumer during weekday. I give all info in the weekend never get back answer. I emailed and called no one answered. Then walk in I didn't even get any answer she already call next. I ask how long should prove by insurance she tell me I have to waiting line again. By the way only one person behind me. Customer service very bad. Don't know how this place serves costumer. Two weeks never got any answer.
Therapist are knowledgeable and approachable. So worth the visit!
MOST IMPORTANT thing I learned is that a PERSON MUST INTRODUCE THEMSELVES AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST. I called for an appt. At first she said Friday, then Monday then the earliest is Wednesday Aug 2 at 8:30AM. I arrived and the woman with blonde hair and green ends was rude and abrupt. Voice sounded very familiar. She claimed it was 2 days ago but I wrote it down in black ink and in my phone so not possible. I now have to wait two hours to be seen because that was all they had. The rude receptionist is telling me that it was not their fault. But then whose fault is it. She would not allow me to speak and was dismisses. I told her that I should be able to express myself and speak. My hands were trembling that I could not fill out the form. I had to cry to let out the disrespect and anger I felt and the length of time I waited for this appt. I am there to heal. I also heard them talking about me. Finally I go inside to see a Dr. who said it was bridge under the water. What? Seriously? Then after her interview I was left with a person who she introduced by name and did NOT say she was a PHYSICAL THERAPIST. This person gave me exercises to do and began cleaning and putting things away. Not once checking to see if I am doing it right so I will not return. As I left I thanked the receptionist at the front for her rudeness. One just one act of kindness goes a long way. It is chaotic and unorganized. You will be in a room full of people and no privacy. It is like cattle. The following day I was in pain and my foot swelled so maybe I did the exercise wrong but no one was there to watch me. My first and last appt. Went to another place and they did something to my foot and the swelling went down.
I love this place. It’s the second physical therapy office I have visited and they are courteous, professional and really want to help you get better. Highly recommend
While Joe is fantastic, unfortunately the office is incompetent. Authorizations weren’t sent leaving me, 7-10 days without therapy as a post-op patient on 2 occasions and then couldn’t fit me in despite their error. While I was making progress with Joe, the inconsistency and gaps in scheduling have left me back at square one.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
