Great adjustment & super nice!

I had a really positive experience and was surprised at how much better I felt immediately. Since I had both the time and the inclination, I walked-in on a weekday evening with no appointment and with no idea what to expect or even what was "wrong". I knew my body / back hurt a lot and so I figured it was worth trying. This was my first time visiting a chiropractor and it won't be my last. Dr. Lichy was professional, made me feel comfortable and I appreciated that he communicated with me during the visit about what he was doing. I have no idea what he did or if the entire block heard the sounds of my body snapping back into alignment, but I know I felt tremendously better immediately. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient in checking me out after the appointment. I'll definitely be back for a follow up visit !

Dr. Lichy is wonderful. I have had chronic hip and lower back issues stemming from a spondylolisthesis diagnosis in my L1. Alignment is essential in healing - and that starts with chiropractic care. Once aligned - I have been able to continue to strengthen my body and mind with yoga, weight training, and have been able to get back on the soccer field. I have no more pain - and feel strong, healthy, and secure in my body. He took the time to understand my concerns and goals, and created an intimate space where I felt comfortable and trusted him completely. I now see him less regularly - and still go when I need upkeep and release. He has many tools in his practice that are great to explore. No one should settle when it comes to their body, the vessel that carries us through life, and I feel so grateful to have found him when I moved to New York! Thank you! Would recommend to all!

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Lichy, & I left feeling better than ever. He took the time to address everything thoroughly & made the necessary adjustments in just this initial visit. After seeing another chiropractor for two years, I can already tell from this one appointment that Dr. Lichy’s approach is going to be far more effective

I have been going to Dr. Lichy for many years. I followed him from his previous office on East 87th Street to his present office at 222 East 68th Street. He is a superstar. I had back problems and a neurosurgeon told me that I must have back surgery because I tried everything else. I said to the neurosurgeon - "What if I tried Spinal Decompression". He said "That might work". Dr. Lichy is one of the few chiropractors that has the Spinal Decompression table. It's sort of like traction where you lay on a table and the machine stretches the spine to relieve pressure on the spinal cord and nerves. It is often used to treat chronic back or neck pain. It reduces the pain associated with conditions like herniated or bulging discs which I had. Needless to say, between the spinal decompression and the amazing adjustments of Dr. Lichy, back surgery wasn’t necessary! I feel so much better. He always takes the time to answer any questions that I have in a way that's easy to understand. He runs a very professional and well-organized practice. Without any hesitation, I would definitely recommend Dr Lichy to anyone, including my family and friends.

Dr. Lichy is great! Personable, takes the time you’d want with a Doctor and listens to the patient to understand pain points / problems. Highly recommend!
