I did a round of egg freezing at NYCIVF and could not have been happier with their team. Having seriously underestimated the amount of logistical work involved, they were amazing at helping me keep on track and get acclimated to the process. Furthermore, having small veins that phlebotomists often struggle to locate, I was apprehensive about having so many blood tests - Nurse Tamar was wonderful, skillful and gentle and made that aspect a walk in the park. Dr. Elassar is obviously fantastic too, and kind, as is the whole team. Overall a process that I was apprehensive about was made very manageable...and we got fantastic results! Well above average for my age group. I have recommended them to friends already, and will continue to do so.

I went to see Dr. Elassar for a fertility check-up. I’m a naturally anxious person, but once I met Dr. Elassar, everything felt like a breeze, and she reassured me right away. Everyone at the clinic is so sweet, especially the financial specialist, Abdel. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with many helpful solutions. I would highly recommend NYCIVF.

Everything felt highly personalized, and it was clear that the team genuinely cares — which means so much when you’re going through such a stressful process. Dr. Elassar is amazing and clearly knows what she’s doing; I always felt I was in very good hands. Throughout my time at NYC IVF, I always felt supported and cared for. Dr. Elassor and her team took the time to answer questions honestly, adjust treatment thoughtfully, and make sure I understood not just what we were doing, but why. When I became pregnant, I was overjoyed but honestly a little sad to leave her care as I transitioned to my OB/GYN. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this NYC IVF. After going through multiple rounds, I always felt fully supported and cared for. Dr. Alyaa Elassar is truly exceptional — she combines deep expertise with a warm, calming bedside manner that makes a challenging process feel so much more manageable. She created a personalized plan that made me feel confident and informed every step of the way. The entire team is fantastic. Tamar, Annie, Victoria, Maeve, Needa, Rhea, and Elena were consistently kind, attentive, and encouraging. Abdel and Kim were incredible when it came to scheduling and navigating insurance — something that could easily be stressful was made seamless and surprisingly painless. One of the things I appreciate most is how well the clinic respects your time. Fertility treatments involve many visits, and I was never left waiting around. They run a tight schedule without ever making the experience feel rushed. Overall, it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for. I would recommend this clinic wholeheartedly. It’s a pleasant, supportive environment during a journey that truly benefits from both expertise and compassion.

We moved here for treatment after having a terrible experience at Northwell Fertility. The entire practice - nurses, front desk staff, clinical coordinator Abdel and Dr Elassar - all are excellent !! They are precise, clinically skilled and so so kind and empathetic. They treated us with utmost respect and you could see that they actually care ! I cannot say enough good things about the practice and would recommend it to everyone !
