Beware of this Scam Operation Today, I had an appointment at 10:30 am for physical therapy. When I arrived, I was told the physical therapist was not in and my appointment was cancelled. I asked why didn't someone contact me? The receptionist lied and said they didn't have my phone number. I received 2 prior text messages from them reminding me of my appointment. When I showed the receptionist the text messages I received from their office, she said nothing. I will never come back to this place. Now I have to make sure they don't bill me for services not rendered
