I've been going to Jonathan and he is a great acupuncturist! You can tell he is very knowledgeable on it and does it because he loves it and wants to help people. I always felt a difference and that it was very helpful, and Jonathan is always so pleasant and nice. If I weren't moving, I would keep seeing Jonathan - definitely recommend!

To me, Jonathan Simon is an angel sent from heaven whom successfully healed me of my facial twitching issue. For about 10 months, I suffered from from involuntary right inner ear spasm that will radiate to the right side of my face, causing my eyelid and top half of the face to twitch intensely. Whenever I speak, the intense twitching starts going off continuously and it caused me to become self-conscious and desperate for help. Prior to seeing Jon, I've seen multiple specialists ranging from Neurologists, ENT and internal medicine doctor- NONE of them had any answers and kept saying its stress. I was prescribed an oral muscle relaxant at one point which did not work on my condition. I've gone to Jon for about 7 sessions and now I am happy to say, the twitching is completely GONE, my face is back!!! I have since mentioned his name to anyone I know that is looking for a skillful and knowledgeable acupuncturist. Jon is the man! Not only is he highly skilled, he has a calming, soothing demeanor. Showing up for my appointments with him is something I always look forward to - it is like catching up with a good friend and receiving my treatments, getting close to my end goal of healing. I will continue to see him for other health condition that I am currently seeking treatment. I have FULL trust in him and he is a RARE gem in NYC for your health needs. He truly cares for his patients, their health and well-being. He takes insurance too! Incredibly happy and grateful to find a practitioner that helps you to heal the natural way!

I have had 2 appointments so far.. one with Jon, one with Amy. Both were very professional and provided a relaxing, healing environment, listened to me and my concerns, and were compassionate about all of my health problems even though I'm only 25 years old. I've lost my period for about a year due to severe hormonal imbalance.. I couldn't believe it but after 1 session with Amy, an hour later I got my period!! Wasn't expecting it at all but so grateful. Will definitely be continuing my healing journey with NYC points!

I just walked out from my first session and I feel great. Jon is a awesome professional who will talk to you as someone who actually cares. Safe space with lovely music.

Incompetent. Referred to them. Went a few times. Keeps hiring acupuncturists who couldn't make it on their own in the world. Typical acupuncture office that tries to maximize insurance payments without providing professional care. Seen it all before. Assessment, diagnosis, and prognosis were wrong but I was treated anyway by an assistant who wasn't confident in her needling. Jon, the owner, just wings things without a treatment plan. I know because I've been treated by rea; acupunctirists in the past.

Some months ago I finished up my sessions here, but Id forgotten to leave a review. I suffered from low back pain and sciatica, no doubt induced from my hours and miles of road biking. I tried everything to get better, but nothing was helping. This went on for a bit over a year. My sister convinced me to try acupuncture. I was dubious, but I figured, "what the hell?" I had nothing to lose and I was fortunate enough to have insurance that covered it. In all honesty I did not expect it to help at all. I was wrong. I felt noticeable relief after my first visit. I wasn't cured by any means, but over a series of weeks and months it got better and better until I was pain free. It's been several months since I finished my sessions there and I am still pain free and Jonathan had me back on my bike riding comfortably before I finished. It didn't hurt he's a fellow cyclist, so lots to chat about. Thanks for getting me back in the saddle.

Jonathan is professional, caring and knowledgeable about the services he's providing. I felt comfortable right away and he was able to squeeze me in for an appointment with short notice. He even gave me a free bottle of anti inflammatory cherry juice. I respect the practice and appreciate that he really does care about the patient, not about the money. I'd recommend and go back!

This is the best place for acupuncture! Everyone is amazing and I get the best treatment every time. The acupuncturists are all caring and attentive. The office is warm and cozy and I love how they give you options to use the heat lamp. The neck rubs, essential oils, and classical music are an added bonus. This will always be my go to place for acupuncture in NYC and I recommend them highly to everyone looking for great acupuncture therapy!

My co-worker recommended that I see Jonathan Simon after I told her of my level of stress (she and her husband both have seen Mr. Simon in the past). I called Jon instantly and requested that he check if my insurance covered, it did not. Still his price was pretty reasonable so I decided to continue on with the acupuncture. This visit was unlike any other. The mood felt right (music, lighting, etc.) and let us not forget Jon. He has a positive aura that radiates; you instantly feel comfortable. He speaks to you (feels like you are speaking to a therapist), he sticks you with needles (which I did not feel at all, I did not even know they were on my skin), and gives you an amazing massage. Jon, if you are reading this, thank you and I will be back.
