The staff is horrible. Long wait times, even on virtual calls, which baffles me. Sometimes the doctor does not show up, but the bill always does :)

I've seen her for years and she is always attentive and thorough. I think she's an excellent doctor who treats people with respect and really listens. (There have been times over the years when the front office staff haven't been easy to reach / coordinate with but that hasn't been an issue for a long time.)

Dr. Leonardi was thorough, kind and attentive. Her staff were also very accommodating given I thought my appt was 30 mins later than it was - they still made sure to get me in with the dr, and very easy to work with regarding scheduling, medical records, etc. Highly recommend!

Dr. Leonardi is a very thorough doctor, she is patient can and listens and is empathetic to me during my visit. She offered thorough blood test to help rule out or identify issues. She came highly recommended. She's not warm and fuzzy but she's to the point and very professional. I do noticed the wait is a bit longer than expected. she was apologetic. I love that she knows what she's talking about and I find her to be a good doctor.

The doctor would have gotten all 5 stars, but the staff there are incredibly thick, unhelpful and rude. Dr Leonardi is a caring and meticulous doctor who also listens - all yielding to results. The staff needs to be optimized. The previous review saying the staff are wonderful is most likely written by one of the staff.

When my insurance denied a prescription the doctor refused to schedule a peer to peer review with them to advocate for me. Said it was “a waste of time”. Does not care to advocate for patients.

Unethical doctor. Billed my wife for an appointment just to call and leave a message that her bloodwork was fine. Then wouldn’t let my wife attend her follow-up appointment until bills were paid over the phone before they were even received.
