I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Optum PT! From the moment I walked in, Robyn at the front desk made me feel welcome with her amazing customer service. Her accommodating attitude and genuine kindness set a positive tone for my visits. Alicia Constanza is an absolute gem as a therapist. Her depth of knowledge and professionalism are unmatched—she truly is the best therapist I’ve ever had. Alicia has a remarkable ability to tailor exercises and therapies to my specific needs. Plus, she’s incredibly pleasant to work with, making the whole process enjoyable. The support staff is equally impressive; they are knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring I get the best care possible. On top of that, the music they play during sessions is fantastic, creating a relaxed atmosphere that enhances the experience. Overall, my time at Optum PT has been the best physical therapy experience I could have hoped for. Highly recommend!

We are new in town and need to find a physical therapist. We are very lucky to find Alex at Optum. He’s super professional and more importantly enthusiastic about how to help patients. He makes PT a fun activity while providing critical training suggestions. 5 star PT Alex!

The absolute worst billing experience I've had at any kind of doctor's office. While I liked my phyiscal therapist a lot, I would never go back to this office. I was told my copay was one price, and then once the claim went through insurance it turned out I was being charge for two copays for each appointment. I've reached out to the billing office several times over the last few months to try to rectify this and nothing could be done. The insurance couldn't do anything about it because it's based on the coding submitted by the practice. I have never before been charged two copays for one appointment (and multiple that by 16 appointments!). I wish I had read the other reviews mentioning surprise bills before I had booked an appointment here. Don't waste your time or money.

A convenient location that was extremely clean with amazing hours with great and comfortable equipment. I love the fact they open early and I was lucky to have my sessions prior to work. Robin is a gem..... with scheduling, prescriptions, billing questions etc. Key is amazing and funny... But hats off to Ashley.... who went above n beyond to make me feel comfortable.....during my sessions..... I felt 10x better. I'm able to incorporate our sessions at home n work to ensure my knee is pain-free n not stiff. She's so personable n relatable !! I can't begin to thank her enough.....:)

This location of Optum PT is wonderful. I've started my second round if physical therapy with them and have seen improvement and relief due to their knowledge staff. My PT, Alex, is very friendly, funny, and amazes me with the knowledge he has to share. He always has an answer to any of my issues and makes me feel comfortable during our session. He goes above and beyond to help me feel better. I can't say it enough, this place is the real deal, and the staff are one of a kind. Do yourself a favor and go.

Great facility and clean good vibe and staff are very friendly. My therapist Alex Neufeld is excellent very knowledgeable and fun a very good educator He finds the root cause of the problem works on it and the pain goes away. He is amazing.

Absolutely the best. All of the PTs are excellent, well trained, kind, knowledgeable, engaging. I was with Lauren and Alicia for my left and right hip replacement respectively. I highly recommend them both and all of the PTs.

The provider is nice and attentive, but it’s a shame that desk staff bring down the rating truly to less than a single star. There is no admission to any scheduling error, and can’t even utter the words ‘I’m sorry,’ which is a simple phrase that would have made me walk out feeling good. Miscommunication and mistakes happen, but the way that the staff blames it on the patient and dismisses any grievance with smirks makes me feel like they don’t care to even be there. With my travel plans, I make it very clear when I’m available and when I’m not, but there was a random appt scheduled for a day I was planned to be abroad, while the appt they verbally gave to me was a day my provider was planned to be out. I will be handling my own scheduling because I don’t want to have any interaction with them when their baseline attitude is rude.
