I had an incredible first experience at ORA with their Essential Acupuncture treatment! As someone completely new to acupuncture, I was a bit nervous at first, but from the moment I stepped into their beautifully designed space, I felt at ease. My visit with Dr. Brittany was exceptional—her calm and professional demeanor made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire session. The calming ambiance, thoughtful personal touches, and attentive staff made the whole experience truly memorable. The treatment itself was relaxing and refreshing, leaving me feeling both balanced and rejuvenated. I can’t recommend ORA and Dr. Brittany enough for anyone looking to explore acupuncture or seeking a luxurious wellness experience!

I was lucky enough to be gifted two ORA sessions! I was a little hesitant assuming that because it was not a traditional Chinese center that the quality of the care would be westernized, and I have to say I received such in-depth care! in my first session, a lot of time was spent making connections between a variety of my symptoms and lifestyle, Including my emotions! The treatment was painless. I very quickly went into a relaxation state. The space is so beautiful and the rooms are also so cozy, I left feeling so re-energized. I was lucky enough to work with Estelle who Was incredibly kind, gentle and very knowledgeable!

5 stars for Dr S. - she is the best acupuncturist I’ve met. I miss her! Zero stars for this place almost DOUBLING their prices… why? I used to love going but now it’s just prohibitively expensive at over $225 a session for acupuncture only. What used to be a somewhat regular health practice for me is no longer possible which is a shame. It seems like they just want to be a spa type place for rich people who want to try acupuncture for fun once or twice rather than a place focused on providing consistent and meaningful care.

I have visited Ora several times to receive acupuncture treatments and plan to return soon for cupping and red light therapy. The aesthetic is perfection and immediately inspires relaxation. The post treatment teas and product shopping was an extra bonus. New to acupuncture, I felt safe and comfortable and was pleasantly surprised by the lasting benefits of an hour well spent.

Ora was an amazing sanctuary on our fertility journey. I received incredible care and support from my provider and the entire team in NoHo. I felt better each time I went and believe it was fundamental in our journey to and through prengancy! Our healthy baby is here and I'll continue coming in.

I'm an endurance athlete and went in for acupuncture and cupping treatment. I was amazed with the impact it had and now a big proponent. The facilities were nice and the staff was great!

The service is amazing and I loved going there. However they raised the price for an hour long meditation from $130 to $225 (they added red light therapy and meditation- which you cannot opt out of). So I don’t think it’s worth double the cost for the same amount of time.

Although I only been to ORA a few times, each visit there was a pleasant and satisfying experience. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The the studio is clean and private. My treatments have exceeded my expectations, with positive results. ORA is a well managed established with a very professional team of technicians and employees. I am already preparing for my next appointment.
