Dr. Chen is excellent and his staff is very professional and accommodating. None of my past chiropractors would take the time to explain that my back pain came from my muscles not being strong enough, which makes having good posture difficult. He gave me exercises to do every day in order to strengthen the correct muscles and my back pain has been less and less. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming. Dr. Jin Chen was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about his work. Dr. J Chen is such a caring doctor! Very friendly staff and clean office. It was a pleasure visiting there and now I come for tune up every other month. I am very happy I found exactly this place. I would recommend 10/10 to all my friends(also, they playing relaxing music which helps to relax).

Dr. Chen did a great evaluation, provided a very reasonable care plan (i.e. conservative treatment and sensible follow-up), and his adjustments were excellent. His fees are affordable and he takes a variety of insurance. Strongly recommend.

I am so so so happy I went to this chiropractor. I don't normally write reviews but I feel that if you have any kind of pain he will fix you. I have this terrible pinched nerve in my neck that has been getting worse and worse over the last year and I was so hesitant to do anything about it. I kept thinking it would go away. It got so bad that I couldn't sit and work so I decided to throw in the towel and see someone about it. WELL let me tell you.... Dr. Jin was so incredibly nice, and professional, and did all kinds of things to my neck and head that the pain is down by more than 50%. I have to return a few times a week and then he will give me an exercise plan on how to rebuild the muscles in the area. He had to take an x-ray to see the bones and sure enough, my neck is falling forward and causing the nerves to get pinched. When you sit at a computer all day and look down at your phone all the time your neck falls forward and that's how you end up with that small hump between your shoulders. Anyways I'm so happy that the hump will be gone, I'll even be taller LOL and most importantly the pain will be gone. I went to a few chiropractors 10+ years ago and Dr. Jin does way way way more to you. He does all kind of manipulations and works on you for a long time. Night and day from other chiropractors out there who just lay you down do two things and bye bye. He works on you for a long time. AND to top it allllll off he's a third cheaper than anywhere else that I called. He's so good that I'm taking my son to see him. He doesn't have any problems but there's always something you can improve on.....

I’ve been going to Dr. Chen for the past three years for upper back and neck pain. He’s extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable in his field but also about a variety of topics! Excellent bedside manner and I always have a great time chatting with him. could not recommend more!

Dr. Jin did reach out to me and apologize. I appreciate the follow up. He invited me back to correct the mishap. However, I do not plan to take him up on that since I've found a new chiropractor with the bedside manner that works for me. I wish them the best.

Doctor Jin is one of the best experiences I’ve had medical or otherwise. I’ve been seeing him for 5 years and even though I live in LA, he is either the first stop or last stop I make before heading back to California. Great chill guy and lovely bedside manner. Grateful!

Dr. Chen has been a great help to my son and his bad habits. I noticed my son's back was getting rounded, having a very noticeable hump in his back. Me and my wife decided to seek help and founded Dr. Chen. The doctor has been a great help. After a series of treatments my son has been able to regain his upright posture and be more confident. I can't be more thankful.
