2020 I had a major cycling accident that required a 6 hour surgery to put me back together. Samuel and his team created a PT program that not only got me back walking but biking and running again in 4 months. 5 years later I developed a hamstring issue. There's no other place like Park North or person like Samuel I'd go to. So, I'm back!

Being 88 years old, I am well acquainted with services offered by physical therapy offices. I think this is the best one that I have found. They follow me closely and are very attentive to what I do well and what I do not do well. I recommend them very highly.

Been waiting 2 weeks to hear from the “insurance team.” It’s rather paradoxical it would take this long because usually when someone is seeking physical therapy it’s because they have some kind of injury or problem. Terrible onboarding process. 3 weeks now. Just called and tried to speak with the insurance department and there was no answer and the “voicemail can’t take any more messages.”

So far I have had a great experience at Park North Physical Therapy. The owner was wonderful at reaching out and explaining my insurance benefits, and my session with Sam was great. Sam is a great listener and created exercises tailored to my injury and my goals. The space is really nice. Highly recommend!
