I would and have recommended Paspa. Kristen is a wonderful physical therapist who provides individual attention and a detailed care plan. Paspa is transparent with their pricing (not something I can say about any of the other NYC PT locations I’ve tried). Nicki is very helpful with scheduling appointments.

I've been to many physical therapists over the years, and feel fortunate that I found Paspa Physical Therapy. Pam Paspa is very knowledgable and uses various approaches to alleviate my particular issue. She has also given me excellent exercises to do at home, which have really helped. The treatment is professional, personal, and caring. I highly recommend Paspa Physical Therapy.

I'm not rushed while doing my exercises and my treatments are helping me to increase my range of motion at a reasonable pace. Kristen T. makes sure my movement is controlled so I don't aggravate my injury more. She's very thorough and professional. I'm glad I was referred to Paspa PT !

I cannot recommend Paspa Physical Therapy enough. I feel so fortunate that I found Pam. You get personal 1:1 attention with your therapist during every session. The front desk is friendly and helpful. 10/10!!
