Love Dr. Whitehead. I have had good experiences with this office for both Gyno and OB services.

I just delivered my daughter with Downtown Women at NYU hospital and it was a wonderful experience. During my pregnancy, I met with each doctor so I felt very comfortable on delivery date having any of the doctors deliver our baby. Each visit, I had multiple questions that I would write in advance and each doctor spent time with me answering each question. In addition, I loved using the patient portal to ask questions directly to the doctors. I used both this tool or I would call the nursing line. I always received an answer within 24 hours. I really liked the office experience as it was quick, always on time and clean. Also, the location was super convenient right in SOHO. IF we decide to have a 2nd child :) i will 100% deliver with Downtown Women at NYU.

Just left after seeing Michelle Robbins. She was so thorough and informative and the front desk was a dream.

Very LGBTQ-inclusive. Dr. Min always makes me feel comfortable, and is very sensitive to any issues.

I repeatedly have positive experiences here and have seen more than one GYNO/Midwife. Dr. Whitehead's bedside manner is second to none and she makes you feel comfortable and listened to no matter the subject topic. The office is usually packed so get there early to check-in.

I've been going here for years and love it. The receptionist is bubbly and friendly, the staff is polite and caring, and my doctor (Kolton) is amazing. She listens to what i have to say, answers all my questions and is never in a rush.

I don't often write reviews but I too saw the low stars and felt the need to share my experience.I’ve been a patient at Downtown Women OBGYN for over 10 years. I have referred several friends and family members (my daughter included) all of whom have shared the same positive experiences.My main doctor is Dr. Audrey Buxbaum who is extremely kind, compassionate and knowledgable. She takes the time to explain and listen, I never feel rushed which in NYC is hard to find. Through the years I’ve seen several of the other doctors and physicians assistants and all posses the same qualities. I always feel well taken care of and truly believe they have my best interest at heart.The office is beautiful and modern, conveniently located in the heart of Soho. The receptionist greets you with a warm and friendly welcome, and I’ve always been able to schedule day-of appointments to treat unexpected ailments. Again, not an easy thing in a city like NYC.The on-line portal makes it easy to find information about the various doctors (all of whom have a unique range of expertise), my medical history, schedule an appointment or check billing details. I love this convenience as I am a busy working professional, wife, mother with little time to take care of myself so this is a super plus.Thank you Downtown Women OBGYN!

Received prenatal care and delivered my baby in August 2020 with Downtown Women and had such a positive experience. Every dr was really wonderful, I never felt rushed in appointments. They complete in office ultrasounds and blood work which is very convenient. Nurses and dr’s are very responsive via nurses line and online portal. Loved that it’s an all female practice and was able to meet all of the dr’s at least once throughout my pregnancy. Had a wonderful labor and delivery and overall experience.

I have gone to Downtown Women for over 10 years, specifically Dr. Min, who is wonderful. I recently went through a pregnancy, so I saw most of the doctors on rotation, and had generally really great experiences as well. Dr. Whitehead delivered my baby and she was wonderful as well. It's a great practice with qualified staff to help with everything.

I can’t recommend these docs highly enough. I’ve been a patient for 10+ years and have been kindly, generously, and expertly cared for in every checkup, test, and procedure. I’ve referred friends for OB services with happy, healthy babies now. I don’t review in maps often (maybe never?) but when I saw the low stars here I had to make the effort. You will find caring, talented female physicians here, and they will take their time to give you expert care.
