Love Dr. Whitehead. I have had good experiences with this office for both Gyno and OB services.

Supposed to have a glucose test, but guess what :-) no one contacted me, and I can not reach them, because I don’t know who to reach for it’s 10 or so doctors there…Also still didn’t receive the testing for DNA, gave been waiting for more than 2 month now.Doctor in my last visit checked only heartbeat of the baby, and nothing from what’s supposed to be done ( by the book I read later- like palpating at least)I am changing the doctor!!!Sorry, I really hoped that I will receive a good care there and be a patient not a number or whatever…I don’t know who to contact there when I have questions… main reason!I don’t have any results on my patient portal ether…

Hard to get anything done with them! Trying to refill my prenatal vitamins for over a week! Nonsense!!! And can’t even talk to them on the phone.First doctor I met there was Dr Min, she was good! That’s why I decided to stick with that OBGYN, but I don’t deal with Dr Min ever, but have to deal with other people who work there. And NOT HAPPY!Just trying to get my prenatal vitamins OMG.And other things that they said will send us, but never happened! Aghhhh I’m so angry! And don’t know what to do!!! It’s too late to change the OBGYN that’s so F…d up! Hopefully will have a different opinion after delivering a baby!

I really do not understand these reviews! I went in yesterday after a friend recommended the spot. I was seen by Dr. M. Bahora.The front staff was kind and I was seen pretty soon after filling out some initial intake paperwork.I do get the rushed nature of things in some of the reviews. I think this is a general complaint against doctors these days. Everything feels rushed and there’s no pause to really learn your patients. But I still think we are pandemic mode and I appreciate the additional measures at the office to ensure a healthy space for all.I think as you continue to cultivate the doctor-patient relationship the tenor will take to your liking and change, too.I felt all my questions were answered by Dr. Bahora and the information I requested was provided to me. I was referred to other docs for some of my fertility concerns (egg count, egg freezing).It’s a great space on Broadway. Unless you have had a majorly sour experience, one star ratings on Google is just a miserable act by some miserable humans.This was a great space for women and led by women. I would recommend giving it a chance!!!

I have gone to Downtown Women for over 10 years, specifically Dr. Min, who is wonderful. I recently went through a pregnancy, so I saw most of the doctors on rotation, and had generally really great experiences as well. Dr. Whitehead delivered my baby and she was wonderful as well. It's a great practice with qualified staff to help with everything.

Dr. Lajoie is awesome. She actually listens!

I have been going to Dr Buxbaum for about 8 years and she is incredible. I have never had a more thorough and thoughtful gyn before—and I have been to many practices over the years. She is a brilliant diagnostician and is concerned with my overall health —not just her specialty. If I need to see someone urgently, the office is great and I can see another doctor/nurse practitioner —usually on the same day. There is some waiting involved when you see Dr Buxbaum because her check-ups are so thorough and she answers every single question. I think it’s worth every single minute.

Such amazing doctors. Every doctor and support staff in this practice is beyond wonderful. They are supportive and helpful and make you feel beyond involved in choosing your care. Their offices are very nice and more importantly their staff is amazing. If you want quality care look no further.

Have been going to downtown women for years and have reco’ed many friends. The absolute best patience care! Dr Buxbaum was so wonderful— incredibly kind, extremely thorough and knowledgable, comforting. Every doctor I’ve seen over the years as been great!

I really don’t understand these reviews. The office is never packed and I am always seen on time and certainly no one is ever rude. I love all of my doctors here, especially Dr Kolton and Dr Buxbaum. The care and treatment is top notch and the respect and listening is of the highest order.
