I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Gindoff and his team at Chelsea Fertility! Receiving fertility treatment is stressful enough without having to deal with large hospitals/clinics and waiting rooms. We have received personalized care that did not leave us feeling like a number. Dr. Gindoff is straight forward (which I greatly appreciate), honest, and knowledgeable. Him and his staff truly care about their patients and it shows. Can't thank them enough for making us feel comfortable every step of the way.

My experience was very good, the doctor and nurses are very attentive and dedicated, especially Estefany the receptionist is a sweetheart 🧡 I loved that they follow up on everything and make you feel very special. Thank God and doctor Paul I'm already two months pregnant 🤰 it's a dream come true.

Dr. Gindoff is an excellent doctor who is incredibly professional knowledgeable. I never felt rushed and he took the time to answer all my questions and explain every process in my ivf journey. Thanks to him I have a healthy baby boy! The entire Chelsea Fertility staff is fantastic and incredibly supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Gindoff and will be back to see him for baby number 2!

He's not sociable, but he answered sincerely. The results of the surgery were good, too. Nurses kindly explain the lack of doctors.

Everything was good except that They wrote my birthday wrong on the day of the surgery.

My experience at Chelsea Fertility NYC with Dr. Gindoff was wonderful, even during Covid times. The nurses, Elaine and Natasha, were always super friendly and helpful. Dr. Gindoff, our main Reproductive Endocrinologist, was extremely up-to-date on the latest research. He was always proactive during treatment and I felt that our treatment plan was tailored to me and my situation (diminished ovarian reserve) rather than just a blanket protocol for all patients. Dr. Gindoff has his own published papers in Fertility and Sterility that he referenced for our final egg retrieval protocol. That protocol gave us our highest amount of PGS normal embryos! When we had a failed transfer, Dr. Gindoff did not hesitate to do a more intense diagnostic workup and adjust the protocol which led to our successful second transfer.

The end result speaks for itself! We are delighted to have welcomed a son in 2020 after only a single embryo retrieval. Perhaps a bit of luck due to our particular fertility issues, but I credit Dr. Gindoff's expertise for our success. Was able to explain the medical steps in layman terms, so we understood every step of the process. We had a good experience with Chelsea Fertility.

After a long journey full of emotions and tears with my husbands, our prayers were finally answered through Chelsea Fertility. Our experience was amazing, Dr. Gindoff and team were supportive, informative, & thorough. Carefully assessing & evaluating my anatomy Dr. Gindoff did not miss any details on addressing what treatment is best. He has done everything in his power to give me the best possible outcome of success. Thank you, Dr.Gindoff my husband and I are thankful for our baby girl.

My wife and I came to Chelsea Fertility in 2016 to begin our first rounds of egg retrieval as we were planning to do reciprocal IVF. From our very first appointment we felt at ease and looked after. Dr Gindoff provided lots of useful information and guidance as we began this long process of figuring out our donor etc. We had come from a previous fertility clinic that was not a positive experience for us (they shut down as the dr moved to LA before we began any cycles but they managed to nab 2k from us as a deposit that we ultimately had to fight for). Needless to say we wanted our new fertility clinic to be a place we could trust and rely on..be it the admins to the nurses to the drs. Chelsea Fertility was all of that. and now.. we have a beautiful healthy baby boy who is 4.5 months. thankyou Elaine and Dr Gindoff and the whole team!!

My husband and I were battling infertility and later found that our main factor was genetic. We were both extremely disheartened and not hopeful that our dreams of having children together would come true. After several less than ideal experiences with fertility clinics I found Dr. Gindoff. From our first appointment via zoom I knew he would be the one to make our dreams a reality. He was extremely knowledgeable, had experience with couples like us, and most importantly so compassionate. He restored my hope on our dream. With his experience and knowledge I get to rock my baby to sleep each night. We are so thankful for Dr. Gindoff and his team!
