10/10 wish I could give a million starts. My night went from chaos to happiness all due to Dr. Adam and his staff. My 18 month old had blackberry seeds lodged into his gum with no way for me to remove them (freak accident!) After a frantic Google search at 6PM, I called the first option that was still open & thankfully it was the best thing I could have done. The receptionist told me they would wait for me to arrive with no hesitation at all even though they were about to close. Everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming. So unbelievably child-friendly (and parent-friendly). Dr. Adam quickly removed the blackberry seeds and all was good as new. Wow what a great practice. Thank you!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! We made an appointment for our son’s first ever dental visit. We prepared him for two weeks by brushing twice daily, reading books about going to the dentist and talking to him about it so that when we finally got to the appointment he wouldnt be too scared. An hour before our appointment, I check my phone before we were about to head out the door. I didn’t check it prior to that as I was getting ready and getting our toddler ready as well. Any parent knows what that entails. I see a bunch of missed calls and text messages from the dental office. Over numerous voicemails. Some blank (just the sound of them hanging up). I called back to be told that they’re canceling our appointment because of the marathon because they don’t want to wait for us. They said it would take us too long to get there. I explained that was untrue and that we’re leaving an hour before the appointment time. Donna put me on hold, came back and said they don’t think we’ll make it and they need to cancel. She said it’s a Saturday and by the time our appointment was over, the staff would get home so late due to the marathon. I found this completely ridiculous. We did nothing wrong. We would’ve made it on time and they were purposely canceling our appointment. We’re so disappointed. Our son was looking forward to it as we were. We were literally at our front door about to leave. Also, in what world is it okay to call, text and leave that many voicemails? I requested a call back from the doctor but of course never heard back. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Especially for a pediatric office, it’s ridiculous. I have a feeling Donna never even spoke to the doctor and probably told him we canceled ; all because she wanted to go home early.
My kids love this place, we’ve been going for years and they get great cleanings and dental care!
First of all I’m all grown up. I’m convinced this is the best dental practice in NYC. Went to Dr. Jackson for my entire childhood, and never had a negative experience. Now, I see Dr. Silevitch and he is the most caring, understanding, and patient doctor I’ve ever worked with. He pushes me to work through my dental anxiety and after about a year now, I actually feel excited to go see him, Donna, and the whole team. These are excellent people and excellent dentists.
Dr adam is literally a super hero , a magician , a rock star & hands down the most loving , professional dentist on this planet ‼ I thank the heavens & almost year up at the fact that we found him after my young, fearful daughter with serious sensory issues all of a sudden had 12 cavities throughout the pandemic , an abscess, & an infection in her gums & we were at the mercy of 3 dentists in Greenpoint / Williamsburg that all said the same thing We needed to put her to sleep and torture her to get the job done bUt alas we found our way to Dr adam He saved indie 's teeth Treated her with simple laughing gas & the wonderful loving skill & craftsmanship of just being a good solid dentist She is now cavity free after dr Adam lovingly & gently chiseled all the little soot from her teeth effortlessly & she is now only disappointed that she won't have long visits with dr adam Thank you for restoring indie 's teeth and extracting her fear of the dentist without having to extract anymore teeth ‼ We love you dr adam Shannon & indie
Far and away the best dentist in NYC. Not just the best pediatric dentist. Dr. Jackson and her crew treat every child like their own, and are both compassionate and no-nonsense. She has the subtlest touch and the utmost skill. She’s as good as it gets. I’ve been seeing the doc since I was 7, and hope she lets me keep coming until I no longer need teeth!
We love Dr. Jackson, Martha and Irina as well as all the other staff at the office. Thank you for making the dental experience easy and fun!
Does not take ANY insurance. Which is shame considering the reviews and the fact that I have exceptional insurance. However, I pay for the exceptional insurance so that someone else, who's job it is, can process it. Bad business model.
Dr. Adam is professional, caring, and great at what he does. He is patient and makes children feel very much at ease. I recommend him highly for children of all ages and I wish as an adult I could see him.
The dental care was as always wonderful! But on the other hand, we were asked to come for a 5:30pm appointment and my daughter was seen 40minutes later and ended up having her dinner too late as she had to wait an hour before eating This is not right when a timing is advanced and then we are made to wait so long. I am quite upset about this.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
