List of Perfect Stride Physical Therapy's Reviews
Highly recommend! My teenage daughter had an ankle injury during a sports activity and needed to get back to practice as soon as possible. Her trainer, Emily, has been phenomenal — she pays close attention to every moment during each session and gives specific, tailored advice. All the other trainers also seem fantastic and very professional. The facility is clean, well-organized, and has all the equipment needed for a great recovery experience.
Keith was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed every session, and quickly strengthened my injured hamstring. Will for sure go back in the future if I need a PT.
Highly recommend. The 1 on 1 approach made a huge difference in my process. As someone who’s been to several different PT clinics throughout the city, I was relieved to find Perfect Stride. Keiths approach has helped me build back my confidence physically and mentally after a very long post-op journey. I’m now back to running and strength training comfortably on my own!
I can’t recommend Perfect Stride Physical Therapy enough. Vikash and the team there are masters of their craft (I was specifically looking for PT’s who were also strength/running coaches) and their expertise was evident from the jump. Their ability to handle my unique combination of imbalances and break them down into actionable routines was key for me. I can be pretty impatient when it comes to PT but I had full faith in their approach and my body is thanking me for it — I’m feeling the strongest I’ve felt in a LONG time. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I believe sessions at Perfect Stride are worth their weight in gold. Again, your body will be thanking you!!
Update review !!! Hi it's 2025 and I am still going to Perfect Stride ! I returned for a torn rotator cuff and when that injury was almost healed I started strength training. I am what many would consider to be a senior citizen ( I certainly don't feel like that), and thanks to Keith I am now deadlifting my own body weight - 115 pounds ! I find the workouts to be far more challenging than I would ever do on my own and also the fun factor is a huge plus! I have met many people who dealing with serious injuries at Perfect Stride but the atmosphere is so upbeat and supportive there is this sense that recovery is always in reach and being told things like " You are not your MRI" really helps. My first review was in 2016 and nine years later I still love Perfect Stride for healing and strength!
This place is phenomenal. Maybe I’m lucky but there is never more than one other person being treated when I’m there! They are specialists. Wonderful healers giving their full attention to you for an hour just doesn’t exist in other PT offices. The proof is in the pudding and I am recovering. 10/10 would highly recommend Perfect Stride to anyone in pain or wanting to achieve certain movement. Also THANK YOU to my PTs and everyone at the front desk.
As a former college track athlete I've had my fair share of chronic injuries, and in the city it can be challenging to find personalized care. I've received excellent care from Vikash at Perfect Stride for over a year, and have developed strategies and exercises to manage my chronic lower back pain with his support. I went from avoiding exercise due to fear of pain to returning to running and lifting with his support. In addition, Vikash was able to refer me to another PT at the practice, Megan, when I experienced a concussion and dealt with post-concussion syndrome last year. Megan worked with me to monitor and challenge my symptoms. She progressed me back to work and regular life + exercise and supported me as I navigated the healthcare system and medical accommodations. Having someone with a holistic sense of my deficiencies was crucial to my recovery, and I am grateful to Megan and Perfect Stride for that.
I came to Perfect Stride with intense shoulder pain which I was afraid would prevent me from swimming, my favorite way to get exercise. For several months, I worked with Keith. He was calm, focused, and patient pushing me to work on my flexibility and strength and never making me feel old or self conscious. The exercises he gave me will be useful forever! Now my should doesn't hurt. I can swim the length I want to and I have a plethora of exercises to use at home that help me develop further shoulder strength and mobility. Thank you Keith and Perfect Stride! I have been in physical therapy two times before and there is no comparison. This experience was better in every way.
I am sadly not a stranger to PT and I am so grateful I found Perfect Stride! The facilities are top notch, they have any and all equipment you may need on your journey back to health, and my therapist, Rene, is the best PT I’ve ever worked with. As friendly as he is knowledgeable, he’s made the biweekly sessions not only effective but also really enjoyable. Whether you’re trying to get back to health after an injury or are looking to level up on your fitness journey, Perfect Stride can help you get there.
I will recommend perfect stride to runners. I have great experience working with Keith. He helped me to strengthen my lower extremities with fun exercises and maintainable routines. Before the therapy I have knee pain after running. I no longer feel the pain and have much better endurance.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
