Highly recommend Dr Costantino

Dr. Constantino took on my surgery after an 18 year search. I had a benign vascular tumor on my forehead that caused pain. Plastic surgeons I consulted didn’t want to do the procedure because it’s vascular, vascular surgeons didn’t want to do it because it’s on my face. Dr. Constantino did the procedure. I have no pain and a new beginning after 20 years of discomfort. I’m so grateful. And his staff is amazing (Especially Kelsey). Everyone is competent and professional, I had zero problems with my insurance because his staff handled it for me. Also the hospital in Stamford, CT was wonderful. It’s spacious, clean, new, the staff was kind, helpful, informative and efficient.

I have known Dr. Costantino since 2010. He has saved my life a number of times, from a meningioma, brain infection, and regrowth of meningioma, Dr Costantino is the best neurosurgeon. His assistant Kelsey has saved my wife’s sanity, always listening with a sympathetic ear, never dismissing her. I know I can trust my life is in good hands when he is performing surgery. From his bedside manner to his expertise, he is one great doctor.

“No one on earth has come closer to death than you.” That’s what Dr. C. Said to me when I was out of the woods. Details are unimportant; few practitioners could saved me. What can what I said to Dr. after the second time he pulled me back from the ledge: “I’m getting tired of you saving my life.”

Dr. Constantino and his entire team - from office staff to surgical team - are wonderful. I had melanoma on my ear lobe which could not be removed by a Mohs surgeon. So after finding Dr. C on my health insurance plan I called and was able to make an appointment within a week. He advised what needed to be done - -first, removal of ear lobe and then second surgery for reconstruction. His kind and calm manner were very reassuring . Both surgeries ( and first one involved taking some lymph nodes) went very smoothly. Since he is also a plastic surgeon I have a beautiful new ear lobe and absolutely no scars on my neck. Both surgeries were performed at Stamford Hospital and I give them a 5-star review as well. Truly glad I found Dr. Constantino!

Dr. Costantino and staff have been amazing. I live out of town, and they were extremely accommodating in respect to my complicated work schedule for appointments and follow-up questions via emails. Couldn't be more happy with my office visits, surgical experience and recovery.

After the terror of an initial diagnosis seeing Dr Costantino quelled every fear. Dr Costantino and his team were AMAZING every moment, from pre-op, treatment, through follow up. What a comfort to have a confident, skilled, calm, professional surgeon and his team walk me through the most unnerving event of my life. Looking forward in life thankful for the helping hands.

As un-lucky as one may feel finding out they have a tumor, is as lucky as you feel when you find Dr C. He’s better than any words I can write, There is no other dr with his depth of knowledge, innovation and expertise. He surrounds himself with staff that are top tier. Lastly, he is serious but he is so kind and calming. I think the world of him and am forever grateful for him.

Dr Costantino is the best doctor I have ever seen! I have suffered from sinus issues my entire adult life and Dr C solved the problems. I had surgery with him 6 years ago and am so thankful. No more sinus problems! He is thoughtful and caring & his expertise as a surgeon is absolutely extraordinary. He had since not only operated on my father in law but also assisted in removing my father’s GBM brain tumor. There is no doctor I trust more and recommend him to anyone who needs a dr or surgeon, in his many many areas of expertise. His staff is wonderful and caring as well and we are all blessed that there is a doctor like him who exists.

Dr. Costantino has been my surgeon since 2005. He performed 10+ surgeries on me. He saved my life and made it possible for me to live a normal life.
