My now 12 yo daughter had an elbow injury due to softball. 18 months of doctors visits, MRIs, CT Scans and physical therapy my daughter was not getting better. She was at the point where she couldn't even pull up her underwear. One recommendation to Dr. Fabricant and our diagnosis was ruled out. She had OCD of the elbow. Followed all recommendations for 6 months. Unfortunately, she needed surgery. Dr. Fabricant could not have been more hands on and more detailed of everything that was going to happen during surgery. Here we are almost 11 weeks post op and she feels like she has a new arm. She has a few more weeks of therapy but she feels like new and will be softball ready for 2022.

Dr. Fabricant and his staff are the best! My son tore his ACL and meniscus playing baseball. He was only 12 when it happened and we were quite upset. Dr. Fabricant explained everything in a way my son could understand and was very kind and caring with him. We went ahead with the surgery to repair his leg. We are so grateful to Dr. Fabricant and his staff and HSS for providing the best possible care for my son. A year later he is up and running and playing sports. We are so thankful to all of them!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Fabricant and the team at HSS. Dr. Fabricant thoroughly explained my son’s condition and the surgery needed to correct it. Our consultation with Dr. Fabricant left us with a very reassuring feeling that we were in the right hospital with the right surgeon. Our confidence in him was grew with each visit and with both of the successful knee surgeries.My son is back on the basketball court and is fully recovered. Thank you Dr. Fabricant for all of the caring and your skills to make this success story possible.Thank you also to the HSS staff for the professional and caring support during every step of the process.

My son (15) needed MPFL reconstruction after a football injury and we were referred to Dr. Fabricant from another HSS colleague who noticed his hip to toe alignment was off, making him more prone to knee injuries. As Dr. Fabricant also specializes in guided growth surgery to correct this, he performed both procedures and was wonderful! All of this in the height of Covid as cases were rising in Oct/Nov 2020, and even moved surgery up to ensure he got in as there was threat of closing. He is very patient, explains everything thoroughly, answers all questions, and talks to my son directly to ensure he understood everything as well. His staff is also like nothing I’ve ever seen – always responsive, following up and on top of everything! He’s back on the field playing varsity football better than ever!

My daughter (17) fractured her shoulder in a sporting accident. Dr. Fabricant saw her three days after the event and explained the injury in detail, mentioning all the various implications and solutions and answered all our questions. His friendly and upbeat manner was very welcome on that dreary morning and I we were both very happy with his diagnosis and treatment.
