Dr. Goulden strikes me as an excellent endocrinolgist. We had a video appointment. He was prompt and we managed a tech glitch successfully. However, it became apparent that he didn't have sufficient expertise at all in the area I consulted him about, hypogonadism treatment. I subsequently learned that his treatment recommendation would have been not helpful and is far from state of the art. Hence I continued searching for another provider.

I waited 9 months to get an appointment w/ Dr. Goulden. His office pawns you off on a PA who in no way has the extensive knowledge required to deal with serious cases of diabetes. After finally getting to see Dr. G, he ordered several blood tests in which no one followed up with me. I finally got hold of a nurse to learn the results only to be told he thought I should go on statin drugs! NO help analyzing non-insulin solutions, dealing with insulin resistance, or problems with insulin medication
