Dr. Philip Chang is the best doctor I ever met with professionalism, kindness caring and trustworthyI am a 3rd degree burns patient. Dr. Philip Chang accepted me after I was terribly skin grafting failure with serious infection from Nassau Hospital. I have been under Dr. Philip Chang’s and his wonderful team care in the past 30 months with over 15 successful surgeries and treatments. He always takes extra miles and care as a surgeon. He saved my life and helping me restore my normal life. I know I can’t find any better doctor like him. He is the best! Highly recommend him. Also highly recommend Weill Cornell medical Center. They have a great management system and patient relationships services. I think that is why it has been recognized as the best hospital in New York. Very appreciated!

I had a simple 2nd degree burn on my wrist and hand. I saw Dr. Chang for a few minutes. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and was open to my questions. Very good expeience. His staff was especially efficient and helpful.
