Ninel is 87 yr.. woman, wheel-chare bound, with chronic problems was held in the office from 10 am until 5 pm. She came for a pain culming shot at her shoulder. Doctor who took her was not able to read x-ray results and sent the photos to the radiology lab for de-coding. As a result, it took almost seven hours to do the shot. Usually this procedure takes no more than two hours. This visit was a torture for an elderly senior citizen.

Dr. Petrou is understanding, patient, best bedside manners I've seen in years. I would recommend him to everyone. We need more like doctors like Dr. Petrou in the field of medicine!

It was actually stunning how rude he was, not to mention dismissive. He would even say “I’m going to be rude and cut you off”. Definitely felt like he couldn’t care less what I had to say and he was rushing me out of the room. Also, he basically told me there wasn’t much he could/would do for me. And this was after he was 40 minutes late to the appointment, sending a medical student to start it instead of showing up himself at first. Will not be returning.

I was shocked at how rude and dismissive this provider was. He even stated at one point “I’m going to be rude and cut you off” as I was explaining my condition. Didn’t seem to care. This was after he was 40 minutes late to my appointment. He didn’t even come in initially, he sent a medical student. Felt like I left there with no options. Would not recommend or return.
