This rating is not so much for the job doctors and staff perform but more for the rude and disrespectful manner some of the staff behave. Namely Shira. She is the reason they are always in need of assistance. Maybe the doctors should look into that. There are no circumstances where something should be snatched from anyone's hands. When asked for assistance from new staff she scouls and brushes them of. She lectures relentlessly for no reason. This behavior is absolutely uncalled for and should be checked immediately. Before she does this to the wrong staff member.

I had such a great experience here seeing Dr. Levine! From start to finish, the team was amazing, but I especially want to give a shoutout to the billing receptionist, Mick. She made what could’ve been a stressful process so much easier. She walked me through everything, answered all my questions (no matter how many I had), and made sure I understood everything about the billing and insurance process. She was super patient and just so kind. The whole office has such a welcoming vibe, and the surgical team was incredible. My nurse, Crystal made sure I was doing well before and after surgery and assured I’d be as comfortable as possible. I couldn’t be happier with my results, and I felt taken care of every step of the way. If you’re considering this office, I’d say go for it! You’ll be in great hands!

An office where everyone will make you feel very comfortable and at ease from the moment you first walk in ... the doctors there to answer ALL YOUR QUESTIONS and concerns... Nocolina will answer your calls and text for any question... AT ALL TIMES... with a happy pleasurable tone that is comforting and reassurance ...No matter how many times you have called throughout the day .... I feel like a gained a new family member... Thank you all for your patience with my concerns and worries....

I had a great experience ,Nice office, pleasant staff, and Dr. Levine was so easygoing. Answered all of my questions without “selling” himself. If I do move forward with liposuction I will absolutely go to him and would recommend to others who are looking for their services.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr Ellie Levine. He is an amazing doctor. He patiently addressed all of my concerns and has been with me every step of the way. His work is impressive and I absolutely love it!

I found this doctor through my insurance company under Mt. Sinai hospital. Dr. Elie Levine is listed as in network. First off, he makes you pay a facility fee even though you have insurance. But still tries to bill the insurance Co. for a facility fee. He's in network, but his facility is not! He billed my surgery under another joint practice owned with his wife, Jodi Levine, who is out of network. Which I did not know. My insurance company said I am receiving a bill because he filed the insurance claim listing his wife as an out of network surgeon and/or assistant surgeon, which is not true. According to my insurance, they paid out the bill but because she's listed on claim as out of network it shows a balance which they emphatically stated I wouldnt have to pay were not Jodi being on the claim. NEVER have I met this person. Ever! She did not assist in this surgery at all. To my understanding, she is a dermatologist. My insurance called the billing dept. with me on a conference call, and they AGREED that the wrong account was billed for the surgery! They advised me to call back and speak to Bassey, and she will cancel the bill. She never returns my calls. They are still sending me a bill! What's worse, this doctor left a 3-inch visable scar adjacent to the surgery site, which I am going to have to correct with another doctor. This practice is uscrupulous, unethical, incompotent, and conducts fradulent business practices. Please do not choose this doctor!

What a waste of money. Came here to get a consultation on my mole, touched it with tip of his finger, said it might be ok or might not be ok. And they charged me $300 for that. He also told me unfunny story to probably make the consultation last longer instead of a minute. Tried to sign me up for a mole removal which will be $1200. Will not recommend. Find someone more knowledgeable. P.S staff is great though.
