Dr Pong has been my internist for many years. He is intelligent, personable, efficient and compassionate. He takes genuine interest in me as a patient, always willing to patiently answer and discuss any questions I raise. He is also the director of the Charles B Wang Community Health Center where I see him. The staff there is highly professional and considerate, which further reflects on his commitment to his patients. I highly recommend him and this clinic.

I have been with Dr. Pong for almost ten years. He is experienced, diligent, and knows what he's doing. When I need to see a specialist, he always prepares a detailed summary report so the specialist would immediately know what's going on with me. Has a difficult time listening and understanding his patients. Becomes condescending when he's uninformed about a topic. Highly suggest finding another doctor.

Dr. Pong is an excellent Doctor. He always explains things very thoroughly, in simple terms, that are easy to understand. There is time to discuss medical issues & I am never rushed out of the office. Referrals are forthcoming and recommendations are provided if I don't have a specialist in mind. Dr. Pong also has a friendly and cheerful disposition.
