The acupuncturist is excellent, the front desk team is kind, and the facility is lovely. However, the communication from the insurance and business team was disappointing. I called ahead and was told I was pre-approved, in network, and would have an affordable out-of-pocket cost. I confirmed this again before my first session. After my first visit and making a treatment plan, I learned that my insurance was actually not in network. I had to call multiple times to get clarity, and no one from the insurance team called me back. I only received answers by speaking with the front desk. If you plan to use insurance here, make sure you triple check everything with their business or insurance team. The clinical care is great, but the communication is not proactive.

Dr. Taveras was very attentive, communicative and efficient. I felt immediate relief from symptoms. I look forward to the further relief to come with future appointments!

Everybody went above and beyond as far as courtesy and professionalism. The lobby and treatment room were beautiful.Relaxing music playing enhanced the electrostim. Doctor White provided me easily 40% increase in my range of motion in 1 visit. I'm extremely impressed.

Dr. Whyte was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very prompt in getting me in. The office is nice, clean and relaxing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Starting from the person I spoke to on phone to book an appt, to the person at check-in, to the person who took care of me in the room and to Dr. Bobby, the BEST people ever! I was from out of town and needed desperately to see a chiropractor. I relied on reviews and took the chance. I will be forever grateful for each person who cared for me like I was their best friend. I will definitely visit again if I am back in NYC and find myself needing an adjustment. THANK YOU for everything!

These people are incompetent. I booked an appointment at 10am for 6pm and emailed all my insurance documents etc. They called me at 5:45 while I was in the waiting room to tell me they don’t accept my insurance. Take a hike.
