Time wasters. I keep getting ads for them but their booking system has issues (the front desk didn't know about the appointment) Their website mentioned that my insurance was supported, but when I showed they told me it was out of network for them. I had emailed them a couple of days before with my insurance information so I would have appreciated If they could let me know ahead of time

Had such a great experience even before being seen by a doctor! Charlie at the front desk was so kind. He went out of his way to help me find the location! Once I met with Dr. Kambourakis, he was patient, clear, enthusiastic (not annoyingly), warm, and made the pathway forward easy and approachable.

Dr. Shanna is incredible! She really understands the physical demands of athletes and New York's in general. She was very thorough and explained all the things. It’s been a week out and I am feeling great. Can’t wait to go back.

First visit. Seems good so far. But very long wait time - my appointment was for 12.30 and I was only called in at 1.00 pm. Very bad for daytime scheduling on a weekday with work.
