Principium psychiatry is 100%. From the esthetics to the staff. Very professional and accommodating. Patrick, Ciera, and Dr. Surette ,along with others are great at what they do. I have been with them for almost a year I have no problems. TMS has changed my life for the better.TMS is not widely advertised as it should be, however I’m here to tell you research and get familiar. Transcranial magnetic stimulation will change your life and it’s noninvasive. Get you some :-)

Very, very expensive. However, the doctors are extremely kind, Professional and about as hassle free as you could imagine. I think you’re paying a bit of a premium for convenience. If your insurance covers it and or if you have money lying around, I wouldn’t hesitate to come here.

I have had nothing but positive experiences here and have been helped immensely by Patrick. He is beyond amazing and talented. He always makes time for me and is so compassionate and knowledgeable. He really listens and always has the right answer to help me. I wish he could be cloned!

Best place ever! I have a fantastic doctor, Dr. H. He's very helpful and probably the best doctor I've had. I also wanted to let you know that you have the best office staff ever not only do they send out my fill-in form for my claims. They are also compassionate and understanding I remember one day staying on the phone with me until my medication's got sorted out she was kind compassionate and stayed with me the whole time. Thank you to everyone who works there! BWG

Finding mental healthcare with the right providers in the right environment is so important and so challenging at times too. Principium is that team for me. I’ve been a patient for many years. The customer service is stellar. The providers are educated, intelligent, resourceful and empathetic. The offices are clean, calming and accommodating. I’ve received TMS there in the past and now receive both ketamine and talk therapy. Payment is easy. Reimbursement is easy from insurance carriers so long as you have out of network benefits and your annual deductible is met. 5 stars from a very grateful patient!

I’ve had several sessions of ketamine treatment with Anna (the nurse practitioner) and Bea (one of the nurses). Both were kind, attentive, and communicative, and I felt very safe under their care. The treatments have greatly improved my mental health as someone with treatment-resistant depression, and I’m very grateful to have been able to receive them. Thank you to Anna and Bea (and the other nurses I’ve met whose names I regrettably don’t remember) for your top level care (even to the point that Anna remembered my playlists from months ago and knew what music to put on when I was mid-treatment!).
