AVOID AT ALL COST! They change physical therapist too much for patients to establish an actual therapy with the therapists that will benefit them. They are always picking up from what the other physical therapist that left or was switched somewhere else notated (if any), never actually improving the regimen. They make you go off to do the same exercises and even if you try to state what your pain and focus would like to be they brush you off like you’re annoying for suggesting something to better your own health. While making no actual improvements to the patients, they pretend in their notes that they do so that insurance can keep paying them. They’ll do anything the insurance asks to the point they are working more for the insurance than the people. I would be very careful with going here if you want help tailored to your concerns or actually want to improve. If you want to go to a physical therapist where they’ll give you a few exercises and forget about you, then pretend to your insurance and doctors you’re improving, this is the place for you.
Great experience in the waiting area and during treatment. Clean, welcoming, good vibes.
I'm very happy I chose this plastic I'm a very satisfied person
There services and sessions are great I have seen great improvement in only three visits
Service ★★★★★ Therapy ★★★★★ There are two therapists here — and I absolutely love one of them!
Every time I come here I feel welcomed. From the receptionist to the pt (Natasha) they make everything so easy for you. They do a great job from scheduling to the exercises and massages. I’m glad I came here.
This place is great, the staff is great, and the environment is clean and welcoming. However, I feel that the Therapist need to take more time to work with their patients. It's like they show you what to do and they just leave you to do everything on your own. Unlike other PT places I have been to who are attentive, this pace really isn't. I hope it helps but idk, I could be sleep and they wouldn't know.
Great experience great front desk
Nitasha at the Sugar Hill location are marvelous! I love their model of exercise, deep tissue massage, then TENS and Ice or Heat. I'm able to work a bit harder because I know that the pain will be mitigated by the work at the end. Nitasha is really good--she gives adjustments, but puts most of her energy (once we have exercises) into the deep tissue work. Salma (an aide who comes a few days a week) is generous with her time, helping me with various exercises. This place is marvelous.
Very kind. They listen to your needs and work with your pain tolerance. It didn't seem like chore coming to physical therapy. They are also very clean.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
