The first visit wait was over 3 hours. Apparently the doctor had an emergency however never contacted the patients to inform them of her delay. ( appointment time was in the afternoon so the staff had plenty of time to contact) After the visit, it took 5 days to electronically send a prescription over to the pharmacy. However the medication prescribed for my daughter was not recommended for her age. This was due to her rushing during the first visit. The second visit which was 2 weeks later the doctor had another emergency. Was waiting for over 40 minutes and no one said she wasn't coming in. This doctor and office staff iis very unprofessional. Someone should have contacted me before the visit to inform me.

Don’t go see this doctor she is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. All she cares about is giving you medication and not addressing your concerns. Her office is a mess and every time you need something no one seems to be able to help or know what is going on. Every appointment I have scheduled there is an issue with the doctor not being there, my medicine not being delivered, or my appointment was not scheduled when I watched the nurse schedule it after my previous appointment.

staff is horrible, i called to ask some questions first time they hang up in me before i finish my sentence and the second time. i asked a question to get some info but she wouldn't answer the question.

Dr Parikh is extremely knowledgeable kind and professional the only doctor to get to the root cause of my issues. She is also currently a physician researcher on multiple covid 19 trials so she is actually saving the world/humanity in the most difficult crisis this world has seen. God bless her!

I was referred to Dr. Parikh by another specialist for allergy/immune system problems. However, when I was at her office she didn’t show up and the receptionist said that she is with a team working on a COVID vaccine and that because she can’t come, her assistant would see me. While I was glad she was working on COVID, this last-minute notification was very disappointing since my condition is very unique and I was referred to Dr. Parikh specifically. I did regular allergy tests and was scheduled for a second visit, but again not with Dr. Parikh, this time another doctor who covered for her. I desperately asked to see Dr. Parikh but the receptionist said she is busy with COVID. She added that I can schedule a visit for the next week, but that again Dr. Parikh may or may not show up. I could not believe that I was being told that a third attempt at a visit may not work. For each appointment, I have to take time off from work and pay the co-pay, without any guarantee that I'll see the act
