Tooooooooooo difficult to visit, three weeks and dozen phone calls couldn’t confirm the referral with them (NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital internal referral). After insurance company called them, fount out that the referral was in the system, they refused to check, but kept telling us there is no referral. Wasted almost a month, had to make appointment with different doctor.
