I was at the Mount Sinai spine. Room 201 from July 3rd to July 6th. The the crew made my stay so easy-going the food was incredible the place was beautiful it was like a resort. Just want to say thanks to everyone that took care of me thank you.

Very good doctors, but their billing department is HORRIBLE! They do not ever answer the phone. They bill you incorrectly! My insurance keeps trying to contact them to fix the problem and they IGNORE every letter and attempt to speak to them. HORRIBLE!!!! They threaten you and do not want to speak with you! NEVER USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!

I had the opportunity to be a patient at mount Sinai this last week I was treated with the best care I was on 10east room303 I want to thank Nieva Masaoay,Sherry Catanghal,Sean Virgo Jana Pierre. Their care was top notch they were professional,courteous and caring.Also Krystlelyn Carrasco was a god send helping me when I couldn’t lift up my head. I also want to add Kelsey and Galo from housekeeping for keeping my room clean and made me more comfortable Mount Sinai administration please acknowledge these staff so they know how good they are ladies and gents thank you again

This place is the place to be if you are not feeling well...the doctors are well trained and courteous, the staff is professional, Dr. Joseph M. Sweeny is the MAN...best doctor in town...Thank you for everything. You are heaven sent. Regine Verrier....

Tube a mi hijo enfermo de la sangre..los doctores y enfermeras una maravillosas personas.super profesional y muy humanos los nenes se sentían muy bien al llegar a esa sala habían juguetes.libros..y nos sentimos en buenas manos..y gracias a Diosito y los doctores y enfermeras.mi hijo se curó...lo recomiendo de corazón..

4 patient plus each patients family in one patient room is too much, each patient has a TV blaring, Hospital need to provide Head sets if you want to watch TV, these patients are post surgery and need rest, yet with all the noise, staff, family, and patients coming and going this doesn't happen, Nurses giving IV injections without cleaning the ports prior to injecting, just waiting for a serious infection....POOR needs JC / DOH visit
