Just ok. Will rush you out as quickly as possible, very transactional. Will also prescribe you things you don’t need to get you to leave, and then the next doctor you see will interrogate you on why you’re using the medicine the previous doctor prescribed. Only really nice thing is how they deliver prescriptions, but I think all doctors do that now. Dr Maddock is great but I’d avoid Dr Rao

Had a really positive experience at this dermatology office. The space is clean, modern, and welcoming. Dr. Rao and his team were fantastic—kind, efficient, and incredibly timely. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and everything moved smoothly from check-in to treatment. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality care.

Dr Rao's office is non responsive on responding to my pharmacy to forward my prescription. They attempted to contact him 3 times. In addition to being non responsive, I didn't feel valued and got adequate time during my appointment. He ended up seeing me for a total of 5 minutes before writing me 2 scripts and leaving. I don't think I will be returning and don't recommend others to go to Dr. Rao

I met Dr Rao today for the first time today and he was truly THE sweetest. I had a deep cyst on one side of my nose for over a year that I kept holding off on removing until I noticed another growing on the other side of my nose. I was so eager and excited to set up this appointment because I was finally able to remove something that had made me severely insecure. Matilda the OM is lovely and was such a big help with scheduling and explaining everything to me. The overall removal took about 10 minutes and Doc walked me through it. It pinched a little bit(like a 4 out of a 10 scale) but it was totally worth the pain. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend Dr Rao and his team :). Thank you for giving me back my confidence!

I get my lip filer done by Dr. Noor and he is so kind and caring. Very patient and meticulous. I have been going here for 5 ish years and won't ever trust anyone else. Everyone at the office is very kind as well . I recommend him to all of my friends

DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT COME HERE! Due to my specific and serious dermatological medical needs, I spent a lot of time researching and looking for the just right dermatologist to assist me in curing a longstanding medical condition, and I was pleased to find that help with Dr. Noor. Unfortunately, my experiences with the doctor's office quickly ruined that love affair and took away all my trust. For the third time in several months, I've needed to see Dr. Noor due to urgent medical issues. However, each time, I was given excuse after excuse and nonstop runarounds as to why he was nowhere to be found, and no one seemed to know when he'd be back. Instead, each time they tried to force me into seeing one of their unqualified nurses, while at the same time trying to convince me to give my credit card details over the phone to someone I didn't know to receive care from someone I didn't want. I made the mistake of seeing one of these untrained "professionals" the first time and quickly learned it was a mistake I would never repeat. Every interaction with their staff since has left me questioning if they are running some sort of three-card monty Ponzi scheme, leveraging Dr. Noor's good name and reputation to lure unsuspecting patients in, only to pawn them off onto random unqualified staff members working in the back. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A PLACE WHERE YOU'LL GET WHO AND WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

When I was a student in New York, I visited Rao Dermatology and had a simple laser treatment for broken capillaries. I was left with scarring on my face, from the application of the laser, that is still very visible today. Not only that, the staff were dismissive and evasive as I sought resolution.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Dr noor is friendly, personable, and very professional. Also never experienced any wait times and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend .
