This says make an appointment online. The website says Dr Rosenbaum does cataract surgery. . I did just that. Make an appointment online. The online calendar indicated there was an appointment available on Thursday May 5 and someone would be back short ly to confirm. No one called. So I called back. The woman said Dr. Rosenbaum is only in a few days a month, the online booking site does not work and one has to call and they DON’’T do cataracts. They specialize in uveitis and retina surgery. And the website is online booking is not in effect. She’s extremely rude. Is that MY fault Dr. Rosenbaum can’t afford to update his Google advertising? He may be a good Dr. But not in marketing and his employees need lessons in phone etiquette. And hey Google, if people are advertising services they don’t offer REALLY?
