After BRI’s immune practice closed down, it was recommended that I work with Jessica and Dr. Merhi at RFC. They were open to accepting the protocol I used at BRI when I had my daughter. The cycle was successful and I had my son August 2025. RFC staff was a pleasure to work with. They are making dreams come true!

Where to even begin. I have been working the RFC for about 16 months now and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and doctors at RFC. Everyone is kind and understanding. They put the patients’ needs first. I have worked with Dr. Merhi, Dr. Browne and Dr. Marco. They are all fabulous, compassionate and want nothing more than your success as a patient. I was recently enrolled in the RFC Immunology Program and got a positive pregnancy test! It’s early, but so far so good. This new offering at RFC is fantastic. While you do have to be accepted into the program, it does allow patients a level of care you don’t often get with an RE. Dr. Merhi personally oversees your care along with two incredible nurses, Nairely and Jess. No matter what treatments you get at RFC, and I’ve done MANY, you are going to be in great hands. Dr. Merhi will tell you himself, he is stubborn and he WILL get your pregnant. I’m proof 🤗

Doctors are smart (we know this) but they're also nerds (I am one, so I can say this). However, in rare instances, medical schools are able to spit out smart, nerdy AND COOL doctors - ones with personality, humor, humanity, charisma, lightheartedness and kindness. Dr. Merhi & Dr. Marco are these types of doctors. This is your sign to stop looking. This is the place to be <3

While my personal results may not have been what I had hoped for, I still wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone on their fertility journey. Dr. Mehri and Dr. Marco were incredibly open-minded and supportive, always willing to explore different options. They truly understood the emotional ups and downs that come with this process and treated my husband and me with compassion and respect—we never felt like just a number. I had only talked to Dr. Mehri a handful of times but he remembered that I was a PhD student and would constantly ask about my dissertation process and research (even after seeing so many patients in so many locations-I was amazed he remembered!) I especially want to acknowledge the billing department, with a special shoutout to Lyshanda. Having worked with medical insurance in the past, I know how frustrating and complex it can be. When unexpected issues came up with payments and how services were processed, the team didn’t just brush it off or leave us to figure it out on our own. Unlike other dr offices I’ve been to—where the attitude was often “not our problem, pay now and deal with insurance later”—RFC took a completely different approach. We worked through the problems together, step by step. I’ve truly never felt so supported by a billing department before. Their patience, kindness, and commitment to finding solutions reflected the genuine care RFC shows throughout the entire clinic. During such a challenging time in my life, that level of support made all the difference—and I’m incredibly grateful for it.

I have never used these services, but I keep getting a bill every 4-6 months. I had a free consult phone call that told me about their services and its been hell sincr then. If their software spits out random bills, imagine how much an actual client is getting charged or over charged.

I went to RFC after 2 failed rounds with a different clinic. Dr. Merhi thinks outside the box. He customized IVF based on what happened to me at a previous clinic. I appreciated him changing strategies when treatments didn't work. Everyone is different and IVF can't be the same for everyone and Dr. Merhi and his team understand that. When my embryos were dying waiting for them to grow to blastocysts we changed course and did a fresh transfer. It worked and I welcomed my baby boy in February and it's all because Dr. Merhi changed strategies. I highly recommend this clinic!!!

We drove from MD to the Connecticut office and worked with Dr. Browne. Dr. Browne and her staff were fantastic. We felt our journey each time was worth it and our time was respected, appointments in timely manner, kind staff, etc. Dr. Browne’s office was great at communicating expectations to us and our outside monitoring clinic for things we have to do at home in between visits. After one IVF cycle we have our little boy and we are so in love with him. We give huge thanks to Dr. Browne and the RFC team for helping us grow our family. We won’t hesitate to reach out to RFC in the future!

Where do I begin...I am so incredibly grateful for RFC and their amazing team. Long story short, RFC was our third clinic. After our most recent egg retrieval at another clinic that resulted in no viable embryos, we were told that donor eggs were our only option. At age 30, we thought this was absolutely insane and refused to accept this reality. After a lot of research, we decided to make the long trip from Colorado all the way to New York. We met with Dr. Marco and felt immediate relief. After one round of Ovarian PRP, we did an egg retrieval and had 3 day 3 embryos and one day 6 embryo. Fast forward two months later, we did Uterine PRP and our transfer. I am now 12 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. With MY OWN EGGS. I can't thank RFC enough. We would do it all again in a heartbeat. If you are on the fence, I recommend getting a consult. I will refer anyone and everyone to RFC and Dr. Marco Mouanness forever. Thank you RFC!

I recently visited RFC Manhattan for fertility consultation, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and has a calming atmosphere, which was much appreciated during such a personal and emotional process. Nastassia and Lesley deserve a special mention for their exceptional customer service. They were charming, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, addressing all of my concerns with genuine care and patience. Overall, the clinic offers excellent service and a supportive environment. I highly recommend it.
