Dr.Brand was v.courteous & professional. She took the time to listen to my concerns & was thorough in her assessments.

I went to see this doctor many years ago. I had a skin condition and when I showed her, she stepped back and had a look of disgust on her face, prescribed some medication and sent me off. I was already feeling self-conscious about it. I never saw another dermatologist again and have just dealt with the skin condition because I never want anyone looking at me that way again. It is now that I am considering seeing someone about it. This woman's bedside manner is the worst. It is strange because she came highly recommended. What a disappointment..

I was a patient of Rena Brand. I would never go back to her. She rushed every visit I had with her. She did not explain things clearly to me when I had questions. She was extremely rude to me and my wife. I would never recommend her to anyone. Stay away from this person

Rena Brand is extremely rude and unprofessional. Had the unfortunate luck to meet this person outside of her office. Very impatient, rushing, condescending and rude in behavior and attitude. I would never want to deal with this person in any medical capacity. Rena, stop being so rude.

Dr. Brand is very professional and a caring Doctor. Dr. Brand and her staff are extremely thorough and courteous.

This doctor was unpleasant and adversarial and left me with a giant scar on my face after she gouged out a keratosis. Find another dermatologist.

She made me wait nearly 2 hours! The waiting room was filled w/patients discussing how she is always running late. No phone call to let me know she was running late, no apology, no graciousness. When she finally saw me for 5min, she rushed through my appt.; barely took a breath. I had other issues to discuss but she never gave me the chance to mention them. She treated my condition, and quickly educated me about it, but I don’t need to go through that again. Have respect for your patient’s time; stop overbooking appointments! It is so rude.

I've been a patient of Dr. Brand's for nearly two years. She is attentive and considerate and the wait is rarely long.

I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Brand. After a couple of visits to other dermatologists who seemed practically horrified by my complicated eczema, finding Dr. Brand was a blessing. She was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Incredibly prompt and personal follow-up as well. Super relieved to have found a doctor whose knowledge and judgment I definitely trust. She is well worth the wait, and happy that I don't have to keep searching for a new dermatologist anymore.
