Renewal was a trusted, caring partner for my family, supporting my mother as she traversed the progression of her cognitive decline. At every touch point - from the initial meeting, to crafting recommendations for companions and layering in new, different care (sometimes with pressing timeframes) - our team provided remarkable service. While my family developed our own close relationship with the team, our mother bonded with her two companions who enriched her days (and made great meals!). I wouldn’t recommend renewal memory partners because there’s no longevity. Office staff is always changing, leaving care Partners feeling unsupported and unheard at times.

Renewal Memory Partners is an organization that actually cares about their employees, everyone from administration to the care partners. I have felt like more then just a Care Partner at this orangization since my Zoom interview and orientation. They go above, beyond and out of their way for their employees. Not to mention the exceptional support you receive from the administration. It’s more like a family, instead of a partnership and I cannot be more happy to work here.

I reached out to renewal care in December 2019. I needed care for my brother. I actually spoke to the owner and was able to get care started almost immediately. Their providers are caring, patient and friendly. Even when we had a problem it was addressed immediately. They would always let me know how his day was going and always made sure he was ready when his therapists were coming. They made sure he was taking his meds and made sure the apartment was clean. They were on top of all his needs. The administrative staff are wonderful. They always had our back even in stressful situations. They were attentive to my brother's needs as well as addressing my concerns when arranging care. I'm comfortable recommending this agency to anyone needing in home care. ASG
