Every time I come to Rescue Spa I never want the facial to end but this past time I had the pleasure of getting Kristina as my esthetician and I thought I was entering heaven for a moment. Not only was my skin GLOWING afterwards but Kristina was so nice, didn't try to push products on me while still educating, and I felt like she really cared about my skin. Will be returning and requesting Kristina from now on.

Five Star Services (and consistent! I've been going just for them for over five years now). Nails: Lera is a world class nail doctor, nail expert. Lera has transformed my toes and fingers, to where my nails actually grow, and are healthy!! Her manicures and pedicures are one-of-a-kind that when my nails need touch ups, I can confidently paint myself. I owe that to her meticulous detail with my cuticles, nail shape, and using good quality products. Lera also has an incredibly warm, approachable and appreciative presence that excite me about coming for my visits. And sure it doesn't hurt that my natural nails get frequently complimented, especially by family and friends who recall me as a horrid nail bitter. Lera cured that entirely!!!! She makes my nails so beautiful (and helps with keeping my toes feeling great!!!) that I just never wanted them not to look the LERA way. Hair: Oliver was referred to me by Lera as I expressed frustration in finding the right long layered cut and style that I could style at home. Oliver is a Hair God!!!! His rightful assessment upon my first visit years ago was that my hair needed some length cut to help with my particular hair and the desired outcome I desired. Oliver washed my hair and immediately it just felt different (even though products were similar to what I had used in other NYC to LA/OC salons) then I let his vision run and walked out that day years ago with a fab shoulder length sexy style... that was easy for me to almost recreate exactly as he had. As the years have elapsed my hair is the best its ever been in health and style its now quite long mid-back and the layers he created have continued to help me style myself. I love my hair and it shows!!! *I was not asked to write this. It is simply one of those gratitude for the good things and people in life and wanting their world class talent and results to shine brighter and help others to find as well. Its getting harder to find good quality people that deliver and results, it is rare, so thank you LERA & OLIVER for being passionate about your talents and delivering incredible results.

I am so happy I finally found the Valmont and Margy’s Monte Carlo products on the Rescue Spa website! The shipping was incredibly fast and I was so surprised by the generous, good sized samples included❤️ The packaging was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from them again and am already planning a visit to their New York spa next time I'm in the city!❤️

I have been ordering quite a bit of stuff from you lately. I am going to be blunt. Your samples absolutely suck. I buy Valmont. I want Valmont samples. I hate most Biologique Recherche products because they do not work for me. Stop sending the horrible Danucera Cerabalm. That seems to be the only sample you have besides BR crap. Toska Spa and the actual Valmont website treat you way better. Rethink your sampling. I have been in the business for 24 years. I used to use La Prairie and transitioned to this. I would probably buy a bunch of stuff if I was able to try the line I am purchasing. You are out of NYC. You have stuff.

Amazing customer service. Everytime I’ve came into Rescue Spa, the workers are nice and greet the customers as well as the space being clean.

Rescue is a very good spa. I usually get the fix it all facial. I would give 5 stars but sometimes the estheticians are inconsistent. I've had a really amazing facials and some average ones. But usually very good. My only criticism is that the facialist usually tries to push products on you at the end of your session. They are left for you at the front desk and it's an uncomfortable experience as they usually amount to almost $1000 when the facial itself is already $400.
