Dennis is the man! He will get you strong enough to tackle any ultra and climb the tallest mountain. The team at resilience PT knows their stuff and will help to correct and fix up any nagging issues you might come across. I know more exercises and more muscle groups now than ever before. I can't recommend this group enough.
Dennis worked with me after a hamstring strain. Through a combination of effective mobility and strength training we not only rehabbed the strain but made me stronger. A year later I am still using the exercises Dennis taught me and I am hitting PR's again because my legs are strong enough to handle the strain of my training. Dennis, James and the crew at Resilience know what's good.
James is fantastic! He does a great job really listening to you and working with you to find a plan that works for you. Facilities are clean and modern.
James was incredibly helpful in making sure I was pain free and ready for my hyrox competition! He was super knowledgeable and educational throughout each session we had.
After dislocating my shoulder, I began PT at Resilience. Initially, I was bit apprehensive about starting PT, but Zach quickly put my mind at ease. Zach was great, super knowledgeable, and set me on the right track to recovering and feeling back to normal
James is the best! I have dealt with nagging knee injuries (runner's knee, tendinitis) over the years which have at times forced me to take extended breaks from running, strength training, and other weight-bearing activities. Unlike other PTs I've seen in the past, James was quickly able to diagnose muscle and mobility imbalances that had gone unnoticed for years, and helped prescribe with a set of exercises and stretches that were highly tailored to my needs. With James's help, I was able to complete my first marathon and triathlon mostly injury-free. James and team are very professional, punctual, and kind, and while Resilience isn't cheap, I've found them to be worth every penny.
I had a great experience with Resilience Physical Therapy. Zach was super encouraging and helped me work through my injury for months, rebuilding strength I’d lost because of it. I appreciated the flexibility in scheduling, variety of exercises, and customization of exercises tailored to my current lifestyle.
I had been struggling with chronic knee pain for quite some time, but working with Zach (PT) here has been a game-changer. Zach was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and supportive throughout my journey, ensuring that my issues were properly addressed. Not only did he help me resolve the pain, but he also guided me in strengthening other areas and becoming more aware of the underlying condition. Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, I now feel much more confident and completely pain-free after my PT sessions.
This is a long overdue review (sorry James). James helped me with my ACL reconstruction back in the fall of 2023. Due to my travel schedule, I wasn't able to continue working with James throughout my entire recovery. I've since seen several PTs all over the world (even Olympic PTs) and it is without a doubt that James is the best PT I've worked with for this injury and probably in my lifetime. James was fair about pricing and went the extra mile to bill to my insurance on my behalf (not common for out of network providers). He was so PATIENT: always answered my millions of questions and gracefully managed my skepticism/anxiety. He was also very thorough with both table time and movement. The facilities are impressively clean and private. A lot of my recovery was psychological, so it was nice to come into a calm environment where I could push myself without getting any "gym anxiety." James' expertise was invaluable to my recovery, he, more than anyone, helped me gain the confidence I needed to get back into the world with my knee. I wish all PTs were like James... if you're considering going somewhere else, don't. Thank you for everything, James!
Both James and Zach were awesome!! Was seeing James for bad IT band pain 3 weeks before the NYC marathon, and was worried I wouldn’t be able to run. He was extremely knowledgeable on my injury, and how running affected it. He has great manual therapy skills, and provided helpful strengthening exercises during my rehab. He even gave me great warm up exercises to do on my own and helped me develop a safe, but effective, plan moving forward and am happy to say I was able to PR in the marathon 3 weeks later! The facility is clean and would definitely recommend checking them out if you have any PT needs.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
