Way better than expected. Usually going to see anyone in the medical services business is a frustrating rip off with low expectations. I met with Dr Conte who provided what I would consider far beyond my expectations. For $250. I got xrays, acupuncture, massage, PT stretching, electrical muscle stimulation... was there for nearly 90 minutes. that's an incredible value for a midtown location. And the best part, I actually have way less pain after that session, it was actually effective!!! I'd def recommend Dr. Conte.

I saw Dr Scheer for PRP therapy. I had injured both my knee and elbow. He was so professional and the injection was painless. I am already feeling better and I couldn't be happier with my results. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and polite. Thank you Rockfella Health Medical! I recommend this office for all Medical services.

When I first started at Rockefeller Medical after my car accident, I wasn't sure what to expect. I remember being so scared to let the doctors even touch my neck and I refused to let them do their adjustments and acupuncture during the first couple of visits. Despite my initial apprehension, the doctors treated me with patience, kindness, and an extreme level of care. They listened to me when I was uncomfortable with treatment and encouraged me to try new things and listen to my body and the treatment it needed. Halfway through my journey, I remember being in such intense pain throughout the day that I couldn’t even carry around my purse without feeling a sharp pain radiating throughout my neck. The team at Rockefeller Medical listened compassionately to my concerns and adjusted my treatment by introducing me to spinal decompression. Their attentiveness to care, professionalism, and compassion had a huge hand in my success today and why I feel pain-free months after my accident. Thank you to the whole team at the Rockefeller Health Medical Center (Dr. Rob, Dr. Conte, Jeremy, Michelle, Rico, Jessie, Sam, and Hailey) for their attentiveness and commitment to professionalism. I can’t express how thankful I am to have come here!

They will tailor the treatments to your exact needs, unlike many “one fits all” approaches we often experience in the modern healthcare industry. The best medical office I have been to New York Hayley, Sam and Amy are incredible at the front desk. PT Rico is amazing, Michelle Message is great, also Jessie acupuncture is awesome. Also Dr Conte and Dr Rob are the best. My most recommended medical office in New York.

Amazing ! After 5 months my back pain is 90% gone (would be 100% if only I do my part) they have an amazing customer care, great among each other and thoughtful to their clients. I can honestly say, I have never felt at ease with such a great group of professionals. I recommend them to anyone. 10 out of 10

The best place I have ever been for decompression, chiropractic and acupuncture. I suffered for 2 years with sciatica and disc problems and no more pain. This place is great and the front desk is so nice. I highly recommend this office!

I’ve been coming here for a while, and the staff is always friendly and professional. What I appreciate most is that they take the time to ask questions and tailor the treatment to my needs. The session flows smoothly, starting with a 15-minute stretch, followed by acupuncture, a massage, and then chiropractic care. As an active weightlifter and runner, I highly recommend this place!

I have been coming here since November for my hip. The whole team is absolutely wonderful, working in sync giving me the best care! In just 3 month, my hip is feeling sure much, giving me back my former movement! I truly couldn't be happier with this care!
