As a first time mom there were so many questions I had from the moment I saw the positive pregnancy test. What can I eat? Is fish really bad for me? What prenatals do I need? As a vegetarian, how can I get enough protein for me & the baby? The list goes on! Sarah helped me navigate the journey of motherhood through nutrition. I truly loved working with her. She provided me with grocery lists & even recommendations from my favorite restaurants. It was SUCH a tailored experience specifically for me. I was at a party & wasn’t sure if I could eat the food on the table & sure enough with a text of the nutrition label to Sarah she gave me all of the facts. She also helped me build a healthy Thanksgiving meal that my family absolutely loved ! She gave me the confidence I needed to feel good about not only what was going into my body but how I was caring for my baby. I am beyond grateful !!
