If he threatens you, that you will need surgery “with him” to improve your eyesight, or you won’t be able to renew your drivers license- don’t believe him.. It’s a scam.. My license has been renewed.. I passed the DMV eye exam with flying colors… No surgery, no glasses..

I want to express my gratitude to Rosenblum Eye Centers! The staff was incredibly kind and professional. A special thank you to Marina—she not only helped with translation but also accompanied me through all the procedures, which made a huge difference. Her attentiveness and support made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The clinic left me with only positive impressions, and I highly recommend it!

Dr. Rosenblum is everything one can possibly wish in a doctor. But be aware that you will see his assistant 5mins, himself 5mins, and the rest 2h20mins you will be waiting. Never different from that.

Qualified professionals, very thorough with multiple mefical and aesthetic disciplines practiced. Highly recommend this group of friendly, honest, competent group.

Dr Rosenbloom did not tell me how to treat and control my blepharitis flareups / inflammation of my eyelids. When I went to reception ,after my appt , with a huge enlarged and painful oil gland on my eyelid the receptionist asked if the Dr advised me to apply warm compresses and when I said ´Nô she rolled her eyes. I never went back bc what he did mention was surgery. I have been treated for years now with lid wipes, warm compresses, etc. and no surgery.

I wish I could give the doctor an honest review but for my first appointment (new patient) I was kept waiting for 45 mins. When I explained that I need to be back at work I got a shrug from the receptionist and no attempt to rebook me and so I politely said I have to leave. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Worst experience ever..waste of time any money. Wrong prescription from Dr. Shah. The staff ordered wrong contact lenses for me..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - INSURANCE FRAUD, WRONG PRESCRIPTIONS, AND UNRESPONSIVE ADMINS. Someone needs to investigate or audit this place. I came in for my annual eye exam and prescription update, and during the first appointment Dr. Shah was unable to find the right setting to fully correct my vision (I have a very mild prescription, too - less than 2.00 in both eyes). She spent about 45 seconds getting the phoropter machine as close as she could, then wrote a prescription for glasses and told me to wear them for two weeks then return for corrections which is when she would perform the eye health check. I asked why I wasn't able to see through the machine like I always can, and she gaslit me into believing that my eyes were just tired and needed to relax which is where the prescription would help. When I got the glasses the prescription was so wrong I couldn't even look through them. At the next appointment, Dr. Shah immediately dilated my eyes for an eye health check (where no issue was found) but I told her I couldn't see anything with the glasses. She tried for about a minute to find the right prescription, but I told her I still couldn't see anything and again asked why we weren't able to use the phoropter to find the right prescription. She wrote another Rx, again gaslighting me into believing that I wouldn't be able to see well out of both eyes. At this point I got suspicious, so I went to Warby Parker where the wonderful doctor there was able to dial in my prescription in no more than 10 minutes and I could see perfectly again. A month later, I got a bill for $90 from Rosenblum. They had billed my health insurance for the eye health check that should have gone to my vision insurance. I called dozens of times to get them to correct it, and every time was told by reception that Lola (the office manager) would get back to me but I never received a call back. The one time I was able to connect with her directly, she tried to claim that my vision insurance doesn't cover the annual eye health check, even though I have screenshots of the benefits confirming it does and confirmed it with the company several times over the phone. I am about to enter a legal battle with them because they're completely ignoring my calls to correct the charge. Sounds like someone else on here has had the exact same experience, unfortunately. Save yourself the time and headache and go elsewhere!
