Go to Bonati spine in Florida if you can.
Dr. Buckley performed surgery on my neck and then a year later my back. He is an amazing surgeon and I highly recommend him.
Ive never met him, but when I get better I will make it a point to make sure he knows who I am. His license to practice should be taken away.Doctors typically require patients to sign a consent form detailing the risks of any given treatment or procedure. But signing a form alone does not necessarily prove that the patient gave informed consent. The doctor must actually discuss the procedure and risks with the patient. And the patient must understand, to the extent possible, the risks he or she faces. Something that was never done.
Dr. Buckley operated on both my neck and my back with positive outcomes. I fell very secure with Dr. Buckley and his staff.
Has always given me excellent care and advice re my back
Would never recommend him to anyone after the treatmemt I recieved. Never talked to him at all, explained nothing to me as he never met me. Not even a 5 minute consult to discuss surgery. Where does informed consent and patient client relationship come into place
After two surgeries, my wife and i love Dr Buckly. Dr Buckley is a skilled surgeon, is very professional and showed us he cares about his patients well being.
Not likely
completely sub-par. seek out another practice
From day 1 of seeing the PA until surgery I never was rushed or ever felt like my questions were ignored. I felt that the whole team was caring yet professional. I am highly recommending the whole practice. Dr. Buckley did a great job fixing my herniation's. I also recommend the Physical Therapy Department. . Thanks for caring!
sub par approach to resolution - winging it through whole process. complete lack of follow up care where i had infection that staff even failed to look for
I have had chronic back pain since 2006. I was going to a pain management doctor and was being treated with injections and pain medicine. The pain in the back and going down my legs was preventing me from working sitting at a desk in a call center. I was desperate as I wanted to continue working, so against the advice of my pain management doctor I allowed Dr. Buckley to preform surgery. After a month the pain was back so he advised a second surgery which included metal in my back and spacers between my disks. I am in more pain then ever along with permanent nerve damage. Along with all the pain, the depression from having to deal with it all is devastating. I wish I had listened to my doctors... please run
I have talked with the office in hamilton,ny they request you send your operative reports and images, you follow their instructions, their office people have the attitude of dismissiveness dont need your business disorganized during every conversation are never informed as if your calling for the first time dont have your patient info when you (return their call) to schedule an appointment, as if they have to find your info are they still in the hard copy era a click of a button, very scary
Do not receive treatment from this guy. I would not bring my pet to him. He does not even care if your in pain after he messes you up.i have been to a few doctors because of my lower back problems. He is the worst and only made my much worst.find a good doctor in a bigger city like Syracuse or Albany . Everything I telling you people is a FACT I hope to save Simone from him and his educated guessing. God bless
Dr. Buckley treated me and two of my family members. My husband and brother both had successful surgeries after suffering truly disabling back pain for years. I, fortunately, did not need surgery and have been able to reduce most discomfort through the carefully constructed therapy I received. I must disagree with some of the comments regarding Dr. Buckley and his assistant. They were both pleasant and gave precise descriptions of our problems, as we viewed our xrays and mris. Worth the wait
Very good doctor and funny
He is brusk and could use a brush up course on edside manners. Waited over 2 HOURS for my appointment andhad a 40 minutes with a nurse and a PA. Dr uckley came in and looked at the CT scan and asked if I would like a shot for pain. I said NO after it was explained on possibly how long it might last. I was never told what I can do or not do with my deteriorates spine and disc. Never got a chance to ask as he was in a hurry. I DON'T NEED THAT TYPE OF MEDICAL MENTORING EVER.
Long office wait. Dismissed with It is what it is. Saw PA & MD total of 4 minutes. MD bill Medicare for New Patient, 45 minutes evaluation. Cancelled surgery (spinal injections) day before procedure. Never called back despite 2-3 requests to do so. STAY AWAY.
Dr. Buckley did two surgeries on my father in law. He couldn't fix his mistakes the second time and it took three other surgeons about 10 hours to undo and repair multiple levels of his spine in Syracuse. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. My father in law will never be free of pain.
I HAD UNBEARABLE PAIN SHOOTING ALL THE WAY DOWN MY LEFT LEG AND HALF WAY DOWN MY RT LEG.COULD NOT WALK WITH OUT A CANE.AND NOT VERY GOOD AT THAT.DEFINATLY COULDNT WORK!I HAD WHAT THEY CALLED SPODYLOLISTHESIS.WHICH DOESNT ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD OUTCOME.THIS MAN FIXED ME AND I THINK HES A GREAT DOCTOR.
